1.soul burst's name is related to the soul crystal, as seen in the transformation sequence, it is highly more likely to have loomians that have deep connections with soul crystals, and yes, that means eleguana can soul burst, to have a stronger form But it will all depend on the context of the crystals since there are different varieties and colors of crystal that we have not seen yet 2.the transformation has happened via the user holds out his loomi watch, presumebly this has some sort of high tech connection with the atlanthian City due to its high tech state and it being a part underwater built city, thereby purchasing soul crystals designated for certain loomians allowing them to soul burst 3.Ikazune's broken sai is more likely related to ancient times of power, but I doubt it would drastically change its forms... Rather it may look similar to its original just with longer horns, or with a third one as well, due to the shrine people saying it only greatly improved its power, not stating that it will gradually change its lookings, opposite to the situation of zacian and zamazenta (This is not my theory, Just sending what they sent cause I agree with it yk)
