안녕하세용 저랑 키가 같은데 알고리즘에 떠서 정독했어요! 저두 57kg에서 최대 42kg까지 감량했다가 다시 쪄서 지금 46kg에요ㅠ 4kg정도만 더 빼서 유지하자 했는데 제가 원하는 라인까지 빼려면 38kg까지는 빼야될거같아서 2차 다이어트 돌입해야될거같아요ㅠㅠ 헬스말구 다른 운동을 하시는건가요? 어떤거 하시는지 궁금해요!❤❤
1. 16:8 fast 2. breakfast: greek yogurt and stuff, lunch: normal food but enough amount, dinner: chicken breast, tofu or protein shake. 3. she didn't do much exercise so she did dance. when she was in her plateau she went to gym for a while. 4. Not meeting with much friends so u won't eat much or eating ur diet before u go meet friends so you can eat less there. When she ate too much she did 24hr fast. 5. She really likes bread so when she was craving bread she ate it because restricting can cause u to binge later. She ate cleaner whenever she ate bread. She had bread day in a while which lets her eat bread that day like cheat day. 6. Snack she ate the most: she ate konjac jelly
She didn’t eat before 12 pm and after 8pm, she mostly ate Greek yogurt for breakfast and a light dinner and doesn’t enjoy going to the gym so she often did workout at home while dancing, and when she met her friends or went out she ate something small before so she doesn’t overeat She also drank lots of water for energy and fullness . Also she ate something if she really really craved it like bread or dessert (kinda same thing in Korea haha ) and also ate more clean the next day. She also mentioned that she lost a lot of weight on her face and did face and ear massages on herself . She didn’t have plastic surgery but did lip filler and Botox in the past but doesn’t do it now . As snacks she recommends low calorie konkav jelly and used low calorie alternatives. I’m not Korean so I don’t know if it’s 100% but should work
