Just finished all 12 modules, I can't believe how much I learned! I filled an entire notebook with notes and things I've learned in these videos. Thank you so much for all your hard work! Looking forward to watching more of your series! - Chelsee
I never realized that different currencies could affect the profit of a product. It completely makes sense, but it never connected in my mind. That's such a complex issue, I bet, to watch out for in a business. I also found the section about purchasing power fascinating. I'd heard of the concept before, but this solidified the importance of it. If you're trying to sell to consumers with a low purchasing power, you're not really going to make a lot of profits. But I suspect that doesn't mean their market doesn't have some value for business. Okay, but a little randomness here: I laughed about the milk comment. That's the perfect example of American capitalism at work. Advertising about milk building strong bones was the key to its success. However, fun fact, milk and dairy are linked to the weakening of bones, where the body will remove syphon calcium from the bones to counter the acidity of the dairy. Don't drink milk!
What a very informative series. Thanks you for keeping learning fun!
