@@TACOMOTOCO Search and Rescue teams are usually the domain of the County Sheriff in the US with significant budgets through Homeland Security. It is interesting to see a LVPD tag with a SAR label and motorcycles as approved equipment though.
So how does Metro get around the fact that they are creating traffic infractions every single time these bikes are ridden? Non DOT blinkers, non DOT headlamps, and more
Trying to understand To “have only one bike”. Is the 350 the best bike because it can work for a wide variety of skilled riders. Does that mean the 500 is the one bike to have for skilled riders? Or does the 350 do something else that the 500 can’t do?
350 is generally easier to ride. Not as torquey and power is more mellow. I rode a new 350 and didn't like it that much. Felt like a "heavy" underpowered 450. But I rode it in the desert where you really need the 450 power.
I love my 24 KTM 150 xc w! It's an awesome bike
What an awesome build!
Love my 2024 Husqvarna FE 350 W. The power is perfect!
Killer color on your end cap!! Rad graphics!!
Sooooooooooooooo cool. Our SAR is 100% volunteer and would never be able to afford these. The orange/black are perfect SAR colors also....
We’ve heard about grants and other programs available for asset purchases like this. Might be worth investigating what may be available out there

Those guys at Heimdall have some cool stuff. I really like their handlebar riser for the tall guys.

Hey quit butting, line forms to the right of me!
Lol send me a link 😂
No heim joint protector or that rigid carbon mud flap? Is that rubbing not an issue on the newer PDS?
Well thought out build.
I’m speculating that the oil pump gear upgrade was a budget buster?
2024+ has OEM steel gears. No need for gear replacement.
Gears on the 22.5+ competition and 24+ enduro bikes are steel
What do you think about Honda possibly selling factory rally bikes?

How does public service use tax dollars to avoid emissions?
Those tires aren't street legal.
Ktm is in financial trouble, I see them dropping husky, and gas gas, imo that was a wrong move by the company....you can look all this up to...
KTM won’t be going away though, they’re toooooo Awsome!
History tells me they’ll be fine. It’s their creditors that will absorb the financial hit.
