I bought these. I was amazed how easily the magnetic tape went on and the magnetic strip .lays right on top. When it came to the white strip, it takes a bit of pressure to get it on. I wanted to see how she attached the corners before i did it! So far, so good!
Just purchase through Amazon. Have odd shape storm door window, unable to find screen with those dimensions. Watching video so I don't screw this up. Video very helpful. Appears to be a good product keeping fingers 🤞. Happy I found this on Amazon. Will watch video 1 more time. T.Y.
How do I install it on my window if I live on the third floor and cannot access my window from outside? I have a three-section window box. I do not want to cover the entire three-section window box with the screen; I need to cover only the middle window because that's the only one that can be opened. It is a tilt-and-turn type window, like the usual European style Rehau etc. profiles.
@@november_lee palink pre :) halos lahat ng nacheck ko double sided tape na style yung gamit eh. pati yung inorderan ko nung una ubos na daw yung stock so ang tinitinda na nila ngayon is yung double sided tape na style. mas gusto ko yung grooved kasi sure na hindi matatanggal kahit madumihan and pwede rin hugasan sa tubig.
All that trouble and all you needed was a metalic net that can be cut. Magnet sticky plus magnetic net problem solved none of this pvc clips and strips and net that isn't magnetic lol
Magnetic netting wouldn’t be strong enough to hold taut as a screen should be. You’d have to have something on top of the screen to maintain the integrity, and to allow you to easily lift it to open and close the window without possible damage to the screen itself. I suppose you could use an additional magnetic strip on top, but plastic is cheaper than magnets, which would make the overall price higher.
@@NubianP6 Well yeah what you would have is a metal tape that the screen would be magnetised to it would be strong, magnets can be quite strong if used and made correctly, some even humans have trouble pulling off lol, I would rather the higher price and be done with all this bits and bobs
I like these screens, because I think the next people who live in this house should find them more attractive than all my other uggo duct-tape solutions 😆
@@jodyhatton2203 You should think about magnetic tape, its amazing and works wonders holds anything of the special element and there be no need for these nets. One thing to note though these nets small flies can still get in even smallest moths, there goes my clothes

These are great if you don't have a trickle air vent. Our window vapy around the vent won't allow the strip so can't place it up
How do I remove the magnetic strip from the window,?? I live in rented property and have to take it off

You’d have to have something on top of the screen to maintain the integrity, and to allow you to easily lift it to open and close the window without possible damage to the screen itself. That doesnt work on wood or aluminum surfaces. Unless the bottom part is a magnet, a magnetic screen will fall right off.
