Irfan Razack, CMD of Prestige Group reveals to CNBC TV18 the rising housing demand in real estate comparing the top 2 cities, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
According to Irfan Razack, CMD of Prestige Group, Mumbai is expected to generate around ₹5,000 crore in sales for the financial year 2025 (FY25), with projections to reach ₹10,000 crore thereafter. In comparison, Bengaluru is currently achieving sales of ₹11,000 crore and is targeted to reach ₹15,000 crore. With the right inventory and pipeline in place, he is positive that Prestige Group will soon be able to achieve similar milestones, in spite of being a larger city.
Brimming with potential, Mr. Razack reveals how Mumbai is set for bigger gains, “There is still a lot of demand that is there. There is a lot of interest. and I believe lot of more options and opportunities are available across the country. And we should gear up for it because the housing demand in every segment is definitely quite bullish.”
