I purchased/downloaded ON1 2024 today. I have a specific needs as far as batching goes. I will normally shoot an event in low light (high ISO 12K) with no flash. I was glad to hear ON1 can be set to recognize ISO levels. That’s really cool. I have been using Luminar AI a few years now and can batch dozens or hundreds of photos with adjustments for light, contrast, highlights, shadows, noise reduction AND the software will see all faces and brighten those so one or more faces are all better lit in each photo. On the topic of my event photos (high ISO shots), I started creating adjustments today of event photos to eventually save as a preset and came across one issue, that being the setting to adjust brightness of faces. I found in one photo of 3 people the adjustment only adjusted brightness for one of the 3 faces. I’m not sure how to make it adjust brightness of all faces in any given photo, then I noticed it see almost all the faces in a particular photo but I can only adjust brightness to one of many faces in a photo and that kinda sucks. This is key to processing. Overall though, the adjustments to the very yellow, high ISO shots so far looks really good, and noise reduction looks clean. FYI, ON1 2024 crashed twice today, once while using it and just now as I was writing this! Here’s another issue. I just opened the program after it crashed and went to a folder of RAW (Sony A7IV) files, opened one and it took 60-90 seconds to load. I noticed as I moved my pointer around, things would highlight on screen but I couldn’t do anything if tapping anything. Nothing wanted to work fully until after the photo was fully loaded. I then tapped on a preset, created a little while earlier and it also took almost 2 minutes to apply. Why is it running slow? It is advertised as loading faster than previous versions etc. but I haven’t experienced that today. I am on a MacBook Pro M2 Max (Sonoma 14.1) and am pretty much maxed on on computer power. Thanks guys!
I’m having same problem as others that I can’t login. An error message appears saying to contact support. Then I tried using my 2023 app and I was logged out and can’t login to it either . Why launch a program that doesn’t work?
Dan and Dylan answered a lot of questions except where we can get our hands on those nifty ON1 t-shirts. I like showing my product support in the Ts that I choose to wear, and I'd like to get a shirt like the one that Dylan was wearing.
I'm having the same login issue too - It did not stop me from accessing the program though. I just clicked on the 30 day demo and will log in to license it after they fix the problem. (Could not request off line keys to activate it either... That also errors out)
My reactions are mixed. I love the speed improvements but dislike the new interface. Hiding tool options just does not make sense and slows down my workflow. Same with disappearing the old Sync button - something I used all the time. Now I have to search the menus to accomplish something that took one click before. I tried the sync shortcut but it did not work. The menu option to bring back the legacy UI also did not work. Brilliance AI produces very over processed photos and there is no way to customize the tone slider beforehand. I usually try it and then turn it off and edit manually. The regions are useful though and some changes do make sense - like moving the masking options to the mask button. On the whole, I think the new upgrade is worth the money but with so many options hidden it's more frustrating to use.
I wish I could sign in. I’ve downloaded, installed, open application, checked out a few things and shut down. later started up and get an idiot message “return error code” for my email address that I’ve used for 100 years at ON1. Ran the NEW Application Manager (whatever piece of crap this is) ON1 2024 ran with request ffor sign in. Checked out a few more things and shut down. tried again to start but the same idiot error code. What a giant pain in the ass!. Contact support. LOL. No problem signing in to buy from ON1.
Didn't have any problems activating my new version. The new UI is a challenge yet. Took me a while to find the masking options beyond the ai one. The change from many buttons to few only is quite drastic. Looking good so far the new release 👍
Great Release, was testing from early beta, so much faster than 2023, a massive upgrade. Still a few customization features I would like to see, but they are insignificant compared to the performance boost we have got..
I am slowly figuring things out with the new UI. I am old and slow so you may have to wait awhile. Brilliance AI does give my photos a start, but I got to get used to the new manipulation methods, but I believe it is better all around than 2023.5 which I personally liked. Please release a TON more videos even on how to do simple things. Slow down, talk slower and tell Dylan to start blinking. ;-)
I am going through the same stuff!!! I think they need to redo videos on simple tabs within the new UI ... I hope they do! By the way, it's been ages I have been asking them to slow down! Not all of us are from USA or England!
I'm still waiting for the day that ON1 gets good enough to take my top editor spot away from Lightroom, but it's still not quite there yet. It's still not as fast as LR, but it's a lot better than it was. As far as the Brilliance AI goes... I've run over 100 images through it and the Brilliance AI made most of them look worse. Some images, the Brilliance AI makes it look absolutely horrible with way over brightening and such. I messed around with the Brilliance AI in the Preferences, but it didn't help much. So far, the Auto button in LR gets my images to a much closer starting point. I had so much hope for the Brilliance AI... but I'm sadly disappointed. I'm still rooting for ON1 though because they are so personable and likeable.
I've not edited many yet but I'd say 75% of the ones I have the Brilliance AI has made them far too bright and over sharp. When it doesn't it's done a good job.
I really like my 2024 On1. I’ve been playing with it on a variety of images. I’m still learning, but the AI gets me to where I want the adjustments to be quickly. Now I just need to make minor adjustments to finish my editing. So much faster. I’m still learning but I’m very optimistic moving forward. I dumped LR years ago and I am grateful for On1.
Very interesting additing with the style Ai, I am still trying the new version, one thing that I have noticed are the. halos, please can you make a video, about how to treat those , specially for trees against busy backgrounds as well? A forest for example where we want to put some light and attention specially to one of the tree trunks.... It's very easy to overdo with thew newer tab dials. How to I make the layers pannel appear same as you have on this video? I only have NAV-History-Info and snapshots. I guess a good tutorial regarding preferences, is also necessary. Thanks to both and best from Uruguay, (Loyal customer since it was just ON1 )
Thanks for putting out videos like these. It’s great to get the info and tutorials directly from the source. I had the opportunity to do some beta testing and like the direction you are going. The Brilliance AI feature is excellent. It’s a huge time saver.
Downloaded ON1 2024 today and experimented with a couple of edits. First Impression: ON1 has gone out of its way to make the user interface difficult to transition to for long-term users. I've just spent ten minutes searching for (in vain) how to change 'paint in' to 'paint out' where the AI has applied a local adjustment to a part of the photo that I don't want it on. I also searched in vain for how to change the tool bar at the top of the screen from pop down to permanently visible (I hate having to hover over something to make it visible). I tried Help but there is none for 2024, only glowing praise for how wonderful it is. With such drastic change in the user interface, I think you should have made sure the user manual was available on the day of release! Please put your manual writers on some OT to get that out ASAP! Sorry to sound such a grouse, maybe my sugar levels are low! 😕
Unfortunately i think they have listened to those not using ON1 who they want to attract to it and not thought about those of us who have been using it for years and have in-built muscle memory. Speed upgrades fine but at least allow us the option to have the same layout as we had before if we want it.
I'm with you completely. I've used RAW 2018 -2024 and I absolutely hate how obtuse RAW 2024/2024.5 UI is. I decided to open some recent shots with ON1 and first step was to delete/erase some things I didn't want in the shot. I could not, for the life of me get the Adjustment option/Paint Out to work and could not find evena simple ERASE tool! Come on folks! KISS makes sense. I am running on a 13th gen i5 with 16GB RAM using a nVidia display and this thing is very sketchy and unresponsive. Hate it! I'm sticking with ACDSee.
Interesting what you said about cataloging and scanning the directory and updating the catalogue- particularly on a nas. Have you ever contemplated having a stand-alone app that will just do this so it could be moved off the editing computer and scheduled to run “offline”?
Guys, I have to congratulate you on this release. I've been using On1 software for a few years and frankly was not wowed by previous upgrades compared to the hype. But with 2024 you really delivered. It's like I'm using a completely different application. Great job!
I was disappointed to see they went the application manager route. It's just another piece of software to download and most App Managers I have used are buggy. There must be some advantage to companies but I don't see any for the user.
This version so early announced... so early purchased and now installed. Your video is convincing and my first tests confirm this impression. Nice work and a lot of fun in perspective Thank you for these videos
Oh boy! Just purchased. Activation at start-up failed as did my attempt at obtaining offline activation codes. But weirdly, after 10 minutes and a support email later, I'm somehow in the app anyway. FIRST QUESTION: Where is the icon for Dual Screen? Used to be at the bottom, now I only find in above under "View." Second Question: How do I get the right bumper back? You mention it in this video but don't say how? Looked around but can't find that option. Thanksj.
Concratulations to the update, some nice features. BUT, the selection of the selection tools is annoying. Why is there a drop down (with text), to select the the tool. There is enough space to have them on screen all the time (there are max 6 in each subcategory). I mean, we are doing photo editing, the screen is wide enough! Then there is a little problem on the German version, that the opacity value of an effect is not visible anymore, as soon as the text-size is changed to medium (not enough space to write out the number).
Further to my comment below - just found out how to 'unhide' the tool modifier bar by watching one of your sneak peek videos. Now for the great 'paint in, paint out' hunt!
I was surprised how much space it needed. I needed to reorganise my laptop just to make it fit. It was about 30gb! Impressed though with speed. So, so far so good. 😊
What actually is really disappointing is that with 36 comments you guys are not even trying to respond to questions here! I like your software for years, even though it’s always been buggy and quite badly translated. Every year you say it’s stable, fast and just works which is not the case. I think we get it. I miss the detail in your presentation here!
Looking forward to this! I just bought 2023.5 on Oct 31 after using the demo for a few weeks, will wait for the bugs to be ironed out before i download the new version, good times are ahead!
Looks amazing as always but will it keep adding temp files/psd files all over your hard drive? i didn't find any post about "face recognition" as in "naming a person" and getting all the photos of my son, nephew , etc I'm on 2023 version
PLEASE Can you do a video on how to set up the 2024 version as close as possible to the 2023 version. Frankly all the floating boxes and hidden stuff is annoying me greatly and the whole thing is creating the need to do more work with my mouse/keyboard so not great in terms of Repetitive Strain Injury. Ideally give us the option to have all the functions where they were in 2023/2022/2021/2020 etc as muscle memory is hard to change and frankly why should we have to?
Another bug. When I open a folder in browse in grid view I find some photos blanked out even though the photo id is there but if I go to full it appears and then back to grid it has appeared what a shambles
I’m trying to upload presets purchased from external source. ON1 is blocking the upload can someone help? Or is it possible to upload presets from external source. I was able to upload them in light room no issues.
Please explain how to add this wonderful software to the Cart (of a registered user). Anytime I press a button to finish my choice and to pay, the "You have no items added" pop-up window shows up, that's the point :-( (I'm from Russia btw)
Been watching the tutorials which are excellent i can not however make out what is being said regarding which key to hold to view image before editing, sorry bit deaf
I gave 2024.3raw a go but sadly I don't think it's quite there yet. Won't be switching from Lightroom just yet. The NonoiseAI is better than LR. The super select tool needs some work. All the best in the future.
My login after download didn’t work either. Also massively slow to start on1 and this is on a 2019 Mac with 50gb ram. I got round the login problem by finding if I did the 30 day trial it then le me login from the dropdown menu!! The whole setup felt amateurish so can on1 say what went wrong
I have a question about layers and or separation layers in ON1 Raw. When you use any of the edit categories didn't you just create a separate stacked layer just like photoshop, if that is the case why do we ever have to make a new layer except for composition photography since ON1 is non-destructive.
I’m a little bit confused. Should I buy 2023 plug-ins or 2024 raw standalone, I still can use the standalone in Photoshop and Lightroom, right? (Time 24:41) Or am I missing something? 2024 sounds better than 2023 to me. What is the reason for buying plug-ins from 2023? More presets? Tools? Easier? And by the way, can I delete the old ones? Have the new ones all what the old ones had? 2022, 2021…Grateful if you clear that up. 😊
Ok, let say I do. Can you answer me about what to to with the old programs? Can I delete them (2020,21,22,23) and save space or am I missing something valuable if I do?
Yep, it's listed: Support for New Camera RAW Files: Panasonic Lumix DC-S5IIX Panasonic DC-G95D Leica Q3 Panasonic Lumix DC-S5MII Panasonic Lumix DC-GH6 Fuji GFX 100 II Fujifilm X-S20 GoPro Hero 12 Sony a7C II Sony a7CR Sony a6700 Sony ZV-E1 Sony ZV-1 Mark II Nikon Zf
Hello ON1 Team, after installing ON! Photo RAW 2024 a problem, that I am now missing 120 GB on my SSD drive after the installation, something doesn't fit, but I haven't found anything that would have needed that much memory, what could be the problem, please help quickly: )) Greetings Güni
When applying the Big Softie Vignette, change the blending mode to Luminosity. This will darken the corners and not supersaturate them. Especially important with blue skies.
Totally new to On1 - I paid and received all the welcome emails today but no where can I find how to install, I'm at a total loss. I wrote to customer service and that was a couple of hours ago, ugh! no one has the time to wait hours for a response and resolution. I am disappointed. Will probably just cancel.
Way above my pay grade, I guess. So many people have problems with new software including On1, NEO, Affinity Photo etc. etc. I must live right. Very little problem with downloading and using all these programs. Only glitch with On1 2024 was I did not have direct x 12. So, typed in search direct x- clicked on update and now I have D X 12 installed. Then error 309, so to on1 website help. Needed newer app manager so downloaded same. Everything is happy including me as I bang around my 31000 files in a flash as 2024 operates flawlessly. Windows 11, i7 10th gen, 64 GB ram, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Graphics running studio (not gaming). Update OS always as well as all new drivers. Keeps me out of trouble it seems.
On1 Photo Raw actions tints my photos with pink and purple colors, and I can't find the answers why it is happening, it is a color calibration problem or video card problem. My only workaround is to tint it greenier on the Tone & Color panel.
I also wondered why there are generic numbers for errors. Tech support was kind enough to ignore that first part of my request. They also ignored the rest and sent me a generic copy/paste reply that was useless.
That should be covered in FAQ, the MAX edition includes plugins e.g. for Lightroom, Photoshop etc. If you're using in your workflow multiple photo editing programs you might find it useful.
Hi I am a on1 Everything subscriber 200Gb can’t find the new on 1 photo raw 24 download upgrade I can only download on1 photo raw max 24 on my downloads an also on the new on1 application manager hope I don’t have to pay again for this upgrade please help
Thanks for all the userguides and tutorials to help new users going. But for me and perhaps other users outside the USA you are speaking much to fast. So please slow down 😉
@@rlysakowski How many photos are you indexing on disk? There's some background analysis job that scans whole library and consumes a lot of CPU and memory. Hopefully once it's completed it might consume less resources. The analysis progress can be found in log file.
@@TomasBarton I wasn't indexing anything, just browsing a folder and applying Brilliance AI to selected photos. I've done the same in 2023.5 (and much more) and it never crossed 14-15GB.
...tuned in just in time to hear the "bye-bye"....so I missed it... ...have been using ON1 2023.5 for a while and have been underwhelmed....WAY too sluggish...confusing and just not "enticing" to use, if you will.... I won't be using ON1 for RAW processing, I'm using DxO PhotoLab for that - what I was interested in was the sharpening and up-sizing aspects...and I do like them...but it's a "jumble" to navigate this program... I am also using Topas Photo AI which is a lot more pleasant to use, but also far from perfect...all the sharpening alternatives seem redundant and not responsive to adjustments, but...some things are good. I won't be upgrading ON1...I have no faith that this, 2024, version will be sufficient (to allay my concerns)
...yeah...: ) ..I do like the very "conservative" sharpening and will use that on certain types of pictures...and perhaps the "up-sizing" sometimes...(ON1 doesn't "massacre" words and letters the way Topaz Photo AI does with smaller texts and similar...)
What I found that, they don't zoom in at 100% because the effects are way over-baked, including the denoise and sharpening, as well as the unnaturalism of many of the presets. Even the AI masking is all over the place, which is seen at the example on the early part of the video on that bride... if you zoom in at 100%, you'll know that other than the basic sliders & the auto adjust, most of the other feature set is crap. Their last release (2023) has a lot of bugs, which they didn't fix, and now want you to pay for 2024. Lol
Been using 2024 since it's release. Gotta say, for the most part I love it. However, the AI crop function is HORRIBLE. When I want it to generate simple backgrounds on a portrait image, the generated background is blocky and terrible looking - nothing like Photoshop fill function, so it forces me to have to export to photoshop to create crops to adjust dimensions. Hopefully they can fix and improve this going forward. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with the product and new enhancements.
This is ridiculous, waiting for an A to Z webinar for a product that we can't even launch. There is no way for it to recognize my license and activate it. They should be more considerate of those who we paid long before the product was launched.
Have you figured how to activate? I think I’m using their workaround and signed in on the trial period, but I still think I’m not officially signed in. How do I know and how do I activate?
It’s disappointing as I was considering this product for my professional use that you used extremely easy photos to demonstrate the ability of ON1, for example the building looking upward into the sky. It was extremely easy for any editing tool to do that and yet you used it to advertise the “ability” of ON1 thus wanting to hide the inability of it performing on a more challenging photo.
It might be FAST for you, but you don't give your computer's spec. Several operations are slow on my machine, such as Brilliance Ai and Portrait. Brilliance Ai is just about instant on your computer.
Tried brilliance AI on few images and I was very disappointed. Way over processed and needs a lot of tweaking. Perfect AI at identifying areas for masking but not for editing. It's much easier to just edit manually and get everything right, straight away.
I agree. You need to spend too much time tweaking the brilliance ai because everything is over processed. Just start editing manually to get a good starting point and then add your filters to stylize your images. AI is over hyped and not anywhere close to where it could be for photography. I can edit an image faster and better than using brilliance ai as a starting point.
Guys, you talk so fast! Not all customers are native speakers of English. I think even some of them struggle to keep their eyes on what you are doing while you are talking.
The Wedding Dress photo became a picture shot from on an iPhone 14 or 15 Pro Max (8:38). Not looking great at all, too "embellished", too sharp, too contrasty, too processed - the heightened HDR is not a great look. Anyway, I stumbled on this video as I have been looking for good alternatives to Lightroom and Capture One. The ON1 2024 version looks awesome, I might buy a perpetual license soon.
I really wanted to enjoy my experience with the new UI and utilities, but instead spent hours ripping my hair out. On1 used to be enjoyable until effects 10 and everything went haywire. A lot of disappointment and pretty much zero wow factor as hyped. I think I'm finally done with on1.
Sorry to hear that. There are some free resources we have available on these links which might help. Sorry that you're frustrated. We do believe 2024 is our best version yet. www.on1.com/blog/user-interface-tips-for-on1-photo-raw-2024-when-coming-from-version-2023/ www.on1.com/videos/whats-new-in-on1-photo-raw-2024-1/ www.on1.com/videos/on1-quick-start-2024/ www.on1.com/videos/on1-photo-raw-2024-user-guide/
What a disaster! Hey, ON1, did you not test this before you launched this update? Absolutely no excuse for login and activation errors on launch day. Houston, we have a problem!!! Utterly ridiculous.
Thanks for the video. I was thinking of getting this program. But it' take all the artistry out of photos. AI is not the same as me changing things. How do you get a sense of accomplishment if you let the computer do everything? I want to make each adjustment, no more and no less than Lightroom allows. You creating lazy photographers. I will continue my search for a basic photo editing program that's like Lightroom but not like Photoshop.
I am also disappointed, because login after download of ON1 Photo RAW 2024 does not work. 😡
I haven't been this disappointed in a long time. 😢
Same here, you can try using the trial and login from the app (worked for me)
Why it didn't work?

Love! Love! Thank you On1 and guys for the video
Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm unable to log on to On1 Photo Raw 2024. I reset my password. Still can't log on as an owner.
Similar problem .. I placed a ticket and I have to wait 48 hours. It can't be that.
I am slowly figuring things out with the new UI. I am old and slow so you may have to wait awhile.
Speed upgrades fine but at least allow us the option to have the same layout as we had before if we want it.
hovering to get access to using something should be a crime
No reason to use the App Manager if you don't want to, just use the direct link on the download page
Don't use the App Manager, it's not compulsory yet.
Not possible to log in here either... Why they lauch the app when we can not even log on an start using the program.
Perhaps launch a day early for pre-orders to reduce the load and work out the problems?
This version so early announced... so early purchased and now installed.
Your video is convincing and my first tests confirm this impression.
Nice work and a lot of fun in perspective
Thank you for these videos
Their site says there's a problem linking application manager to the login, they're aware and working on it.
Oh boy! Just purchased. Activation at start-up failed as did my attempt at obtaining offline activation codes. But weirdly, after 10 minutes and a support email later, I'm somehow in the app anyway.
FIRST QUESTION: Where is the icon for Dual Screen? Used to be at the bottom, now I only find in above under "View."
Second Question: How do I get the right bumper back?
Did you find it???? Please where is it???
The sun flare filter seems to not be working on Windows ... could you please check it ?
Does the on1 software still have the borders and frames feature? I loved this when onone was available as plug-in in Photoshop.. Kindly reply
I was surprised how much space it needed. I needed to reorganise my laptop just to make it fit. It was about 30gb! Impressed though with speed. So, so far so good. 😊
If you select manual for scanning in the catalog properties how do you start the scan? I can't find this anywhere.
Sure would like to be able to "organize" photos using this. Hate to have to use a bunch of different programs to manage or edit my photos.
Looks amazing as always but will it keep adding temp files/psd files all over your hard drive?
i didn't find any post about "face recognition" as in "naming a person" and getting all the photos of my son, nephew , etc
I'm on 2023 version
It sucks cant even sign in with my email and password. Which i have paid for.
Video good,, but login and performance problems with the new 2024. was there no beta (public) tests?
Having login issues. It keeps asking me to sign in. I guess they are having Day 1 issues with licensing verification.
Check out this article: www.on1.com/blog/user-interface-tips-for-on1-photo-raw-2024-when-coming-from-version-2023/
Is this an all new purchase for owners of Photo Raw 2023?
great video ! great product :-)
Thank you!
Is the update available for the iPad as well?
Great job. Really like the improvements.
Glad to hear it!
How can we buy T-Shirts?
Hi.
Brillance AI did not turn on noise ai even I choose to turn on for 400 and above in setting.
02 November 23, when will I get my update?
I contacted Tech support and yes, they’re aware of the login issue. Ah, patience.😬
I have a question about layers and or separation layers in ON1 Raw. When you use any of the edit categories didn't you just create a separate stacked layer just like photoshop, if that is the case why do we ever have to make a new layer except for composition photography since ON1 is non-destructive.
DOes the plugin work with LR 5?
It does require Lr 6 at a minimum. It might work though
I have ON1 2022. What are the main difference between 2022 and version 2024?
There have been several new features added and also a lot of work on performance updates in version 2024.
You would want to get RAW 2024 Max. You wouldnt need to purchase the additional plugins with Photo RAW Max.
Ok, let say I do. Can you answer me about what to to with the old programs? Can I delete them (2020,21,22,23) and save space or am I missing something valuable if I do?
Fingers crossed that you've included RAW support for the Sony a6700.

@@robbinsdrones Thanks! I'm downloading it now and see that in the release notes.
So no features have been taken away, so where is AI Match? My most useful feature!
Its still in there in the develop pane
Please can u show the resize in photo raw max 2024. It was there in 2023.5 version
Same thing happened to me - I'm missing around 80 GB.
When applying the Big Softie Vignette, change the blending mode to Luminosity. This will darken the corners and not supersaturate them. Especially important with blue skies.
Not Ready for Prime Time! Very disappointed because I can't login to verify my account.🤢
Totally new to On1 - I paid and received all the welcome emails today but no where can I find how to install, I'm at a total loss. I wrote to customer service and that was a couple of hours ago, ugh! no one has the time to wait hours for a response and resolution. I am disappointed. Will probably just cancel.
You can just log into you on1 account and download the products from there. www.on1.com/account/products. Sorry about the trouble!
Why would you need Lightroom or Photoshop?
Impressive
So bad, cannot login and activate the new release, what a shame!!!
On1 Photo Raw actions tints my photos with pink and purple colors, and I can't find the answers why it is happening, it is a color calibration problem or video card problem. My only workaround is to tint it greenier on the Tone & Color panel.
Not sure why that is the case. Please reach out to support
I don't think it's Live, what they are showing is just a summary of all the videos they have been showing lately
Error 309 , PR 2024, windows 10
If at least somewhere there will be an explanation about the numbers that are displayed when there is an error
I also wondered why there are generic numbers for errors. Tech support was kind enough to ignore that first part of my request. They also ignored the rest and sent me a generic copy/paste reply that was useless.
Can‘t wait, when it‘s released? :)
Today around 9ish PST!!! Let's go!!!!
cool, it's available since 18:00 CET
What is the difference between Photo RAW 2024 and Photo RAW MAX 2024?
So please slow down 😉
I just downloaded it and played a bit - very quickly it consumed 24GB of memory... that's a huge change compared to 2023.5!
few more photos and 29GB of RAM is used by On1... this is not good
It's a real problem with my 16GB 2019 iMac! Won't even load all the thumbnails. It really chokes on 40Mpixel files from the XH2.
No problem with that here. Just logged out from 2023 and back in to 2024.
Have you figured how to activate? I think I’m using their workaround and signed in on the trial period, but I still think I’m not officially signed in. How do I know and how do I activate?
@@BeeMichael Apparently it was a thing of the On1 servers. They sent me an email informing me and the next day it was resolved.
What a bust half the customers can’t sign in!
