I still got small children to take care of. when I pick up my guitar though it's an undescribable freedom I feel. when I pick it up I'm holding so much potential in my hands an it drives me to be better. I been doin hip hop since I was 8 but never thought to add an instrument. if u look on my channel I have a video of me playing and rapping at the same time. it's pretty dope for a begginer. it's to white stripes 7 nation army. I really appreciate you brother. your absolutely right though , this is like the worst best thing that couldve happen to me. Took the lemon and made lemonade. GOD IS SOOOO AWESOME DUDE!!!! Marty makes it easy to comprehend and he has a great personality. it's like I kno him already lol half the songs he does tutorials on I never heard until he gets me interested in playing it. Bodie the 1 4 5 refers to the 3 major chords in the major diatonic scale. Like in the A Major scale the 1 is the A Major chord, the 4 the D Major chord & the 5 the E Major chord. The 1 4 5 in C Major would be C Major, F Major, & G Major. Many, many songs use the 1 4 5. Whatever Diatonic 7 note scale you play in the 1 is the root or tonic chord. C Major scale C D E F G A B C 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 1 The 1 4 5 are Major & the 2 3 6 are minor chords, the 7 is Diminished chord.
