I've been promising to start sharing tips/tricks/information about how I manage things on my road trips and now I'm finally getting down to doing that. This first video is about how I find places to camp and the things I take into account before I pitch my tent anywhere. I'm not saying this is the only way to do it, but this is my approach. I hope you find this useful. Please do like, share and, of course, subscribe!!
Cool stuff Rohith.. perfect timing too. I'm commuting to work by train, cruising past stunningly scenic landscape in the Raritan Bay... Watching your video while I'm at it ... Picturing myself picking a tent here in this beautiful coastal landscape I see in front of me.. lol.. Thanks for the wonderful experience..
Thanks to u man! Actually it’s only you from where I get my resonance… wanted like you, but became a teacher with immense of family pressure,,, now I made up mind that your GOPRO will be my EYES in future …. thanks for reply brother...
With all due respect to all campers .Please clean the place where ever you camp. Make the place more clear than before you camp. It's your duty. Not only clean your stuff but also clean some other stuff you see . Try to carry some seeds. Through some seeds to jungle they may grow big. Not any seeds carry those seeds which can grow without any further attention. Like mango seeds. Don't use plastic or through plastics anywhere. Thank you for Reading. Sorry for bad english.
It is amazing how a simple tent can become a home and sometimes just finding it in the gear room can remind you of countless good times spent in places you would have never ventured had it not been for the ability to make a temporary refuge, a place to get some shut eye. Ride hard Brother and stay free.
Rohith, I'm following you since your 1k subscribers... now you are near 30k. Seems like you are my inspiration to travel around the world. You are so calm and sane, you have a saint (Rishi, Yogi whatever) like mentality, that is so rare in travel vlogs... Keep inspiring us. Love you. Hope to meet you someday. Love and best wishes from Kolkata.
On my recent solo ride to Tawang from Guwahati, I camped for 4 nights in different locations on my way. I saw this video n got the basic idea of how to do it. I followed your tips and had a wonderful experience of my own. Thank you brother for sharing your experience. I love to ride solo and You are my inspiration. Thank you again.
This is great! And exactlt how I go about things while camping out, although there have been a couple of times when I'd camped at places which didn't have any human presence nearby - Dabhosa waterfall and Hampi, on one of the rocks.. It wad scary at first, but then I got used to it! The feeling of waking up the mext morning to the landscape was brilliant! And I've been doing it regularly now
You are a professor / doctor / PhD of ride and rider things. Learning a lot from u. No bullshit things. Every thing very well explained and in simple way. Thank u bro. Million likes from me. God bless u. And lots of love. Now also watching you old videos and I'm in love.
This video is extremely informative....I believe the hardest part of a touring is the camping itself,,,,considering all those risks factors involved.....No man is more efficient in sharing the valuable information, other than the man himself, who has gone on a solo tour of the entire country...Thank you Rohith Sir for sharing your valuable knowledge.....
Please do a video on how you organize your luggage system on the bike . Is the tent and the sleeping bag enough in cold temperature of mountains ? Do you carry any cooking system as well ..
That's one awesome video! And helpful too, we have been wandering in our beautifully country and always wanted to camp but lot of things were in mind so this video has cleared some doubts! Happy Travels!
I think currently out of the travel Vlogers that I follow you are closest to what I would say A true traveller. Not only your videos inspire people like me but also gives us a whole different perspective on what it means to travel in true sense. Your tour of 2017 videos were so helpful. Please keep sharing this with the community, we all love what you do and how you do it. Ride safe, keep exploring \m/
Hey bro, i have been following since a while now. and i like the way you are so much genuine and authentic , very much simple at its best..No drama and no show offs as others. I am glad you did Nepal tour, I really appreciate that. Love from Nepal
Very informative ! We need more awareness regarding camping and we need more people doing it ! Kudos ! Keep it up ! I've said it before and I repeat you're really good at this man !
Hi Rohit, very informative video and we encourage you to share all such experiences as they clear most of our questions and fears about travelling solo and camping. Thank you very much and safe travels.
Nice video rohit. As always informative, fun 2 watch and after watching it you feel good about people and life in general. Keep up the good work. You are inspiring a lot of people including me to follow my dreams.
i am a subscriber of many motovloger's but you are a one special piece bro ... i am not happy when i see your reach in this TH-cam community. Its not people's mistake try to market yourself bro, though you are going to be on top soon but i wish that happen very soon. YOU ARE AWESOME thanks 🤞
Toll Free Traveller yeah bro... surely no doubt in that but i feel something is not working out in terms of the channel fame ...it maybe coz of fortune too GOOD LUCK bro🤞
That's just amazing off grid camping tips... Truly remarkable to show such a informative content.. Ur video dairies are top notch ....God Bless U Anna..
It's a good way. One advice though which I used in my Rajasthan trip. If u don't find basic washroom or bath, then good way is to use some hotel with restaurant and try to get room which they normally charge 50-100bucks along with breakfast
Hi love your videos. I am going to hampi solo ride and plan to take my tent... qiuick question.. where do you keep ur tent while wandering /sight seeing
Nice information... but i was hoping that you’ll share some photos of the view do you from tent when wake next day morning.... like the thumbnail... do you have more than one such experiences.... thanks.
Thanks a lot very helpful but what about thieves isn’t it a risk while camping during night? do you carry extra locks for your bike? Did it ever occur to you?
Hi Anna..Nice to see you back after a long time..Hope you are doing great. My favourite campsite of yours was at the army base on your trip to the North East I guess .Can't remember the name of the beautiful lake..that is my favourite TH-cam vlog from you..
Yaar Machi, You have been living the dreams of mine. I just couldn't stop thinking about all the trips you are making. The spirit of an adventurous traveller, a solo rider, god bless you. I think high of your family for their support in making this happen. I always fantasize about such road trips on a Enfield, throughout India, exploring places, people, culture and nature. I wish I could join on one with you sometime or the other. I wish you good luck on all your such trips.
Lovely information. It is very true that if we interact with the local people at the destination, people often help us just because there is Humanity present in our mankind, it doesn't affect by any means. Rohith Sir, I want to know how you deal with some panic situations like motorcycle breakdown in middle of a rural area, because all of your tours are mostly solo and also you do not have any sort of back up vehicle behind you.
Yup. I'm often surprised by the kindness of the people I meet. But it's always so heart-warming. I don;t have any back-up vehicle or anything. I carry tools and spares and try to fix things myself. If that doesn;t work I have to find solutions like I did in my last video of the #Tourof2017. Do watch it. Also read my blog www.tollfreetraveller.com :)
Hello. Thanks for this video. Really liked your style of explanation. Keep it up man! Just wanted to know about the cooking accessories that you carry along? (Stove, Gas Can etc.) If there's an existing video for it that you have made, I would love to see it.. Thanks again, Cheers!
Hi Rohit,I have recently joined your channel. And at the age of 49 I have started riding bike and eager for doing a long trip but due to Covid it's it's a plan. Coming to your video..it's nice ,they are long enough to cover the topic and nicely narrated too. Only challenge for you is to pick more beautiful spots and pictures. I want to ride with you. Regards
People rarely share their systems in this manner, really appreciate you doing this! A question somewhat relevant to this video: when you're touring and have luggage on your bike and you decide to explore a place/spot on foot, what do you do with the luggage that's on the bike? Of course you don't carry it around, but how do you keep it safe?
Thank you. The only real safety is to try to be cautious while choosing a spot and making some friends nearby who will look out for you. Other than that you can only hope and pray that nothing happens. Because, realistically you aren;t going to fight anyone or anything if a situation arises.
A rare vedio to find. thank you bro. Any tips for motorcycle safety while on a road trip?. and information regarding to handle risks like flat tyre Etc..
Great guidance no matter what country your traveling in. I would, however, recommend an inflatable sleeping pad... night and day difference. But I'm quite a bit older so I need my comfy sleeping pad or I'm crippled the next day.
Cool stuff Rohith.. perfect timing. I'm commuting to work by train, cruising past stunningly scenic landscape in the Raritan Bay... Watching your video while I'm at it ... Thanks for the wonderful experience..
Thank you. Yeah, some of the tourist bungalows and other such properties, if you speak to the caretakers they might allow you to camp within the premises.
Really liked the video. Request you to put up a video about the other camping accessories you spoke about, in this video. Oh, and you have a new subscriber :)

Hi Rohit,I have recently joined your channel. And at the age of 49 I have started riding bike and eager for doing a long trip but due to Covid it's it's a plan. Thank you, Aditya. Glad to hear that. Welcome to the channel. Hope you watch and share other videos too
Very good video Sir ! please also mention some of the best camping gears and must to carry while touring!
Thank you. Will make a video about that in the future
Thanks for sharing your experience..it will really help the travelers, especially in India for sure.✌️
My pleasure!
Hey Rohit. Great vedio buddy.. I wanted to know about the safety measures which u take expect that unknown places and all
Thank you. The only real safety is to try to be cautious while choosing a spot and making some friends nearby who will look out for you. Other than that you can only hope and pray that nothing happens. Because, realistically you aren;t going to fight anyone or anything if a situation arises.
I think using the back yard of the restaurant you have dinner n breakfast at would work.
You need food!
thanks for information......can I go with thunderbird 350 is it worth to buy
Thank you man! Similar miscellaneous requirements which other biker needed while travelling can be taught to us, so that it would be really helpful.
Whatever I know I try to share. Will be working on more videos along these lines!
Is there anyway i can find the a log on regular places people usually camp!! Maybe helpful for others to use the same place for camping!!
It is nice .
But how about requesting for camping in petrol bunks?
Experience speaks ...great video bro
Thank you!
Thanks a lot bro...I was really waiting for this video of yours
It's finally here! hahaha

Thanks for the useful information. No BS..pure knowledge
Thanks for the positive feedback
sir i would like2 ask u a question n the question is why did u prefer to travel solo as i have seen u riding solo across North East ?
I like to keep my travel plans fluid and spontaneous and hence most often travel alone. Not always, but very often
Beautiful intro. Such a informative video.
Thanks a lot
Hi Rohit its a very good knowledgeable video, do more videos on long riding survive
Thank you!
You are my inspiration for traveling bro.. Love u a lot.
