The story of a ride from Kathmandu to the North Everest Base Camp at Rongbuk (Tibet) - the closest you can get on a vehicle to the mighty Mount Everest by road. This was an ambitious high-altitude adventure that tested the limits of both man and machine. We rode for more than 4 days at altitidues above 16,000 feet, while scaling some of the highest motorable passes in Tibet while battling sub-zero temperatures. This was not an adventure for the faint-hearted. Watch this travel vlog to find out how things unfolded on this adventure = a journey to the roof of the world!

Look at those roads at that altitude after they enter Tibet.
Better than some of the major highways in Maharashtra.
Visited Bhandardara 3 times in a year. I felt both Central & State transportation minister should be driven between Ghoti to Bhandardara 10 times in a day to understand pain of common people.
Man gotta.. say Maharashtra is blessed with scenic beauty (especially konkan region).. but it is also cursed with the worst of the worst roads..
