Lol for westerns this is funny buth in many slavic country it just normaal to wave some bills and buy him out in my country if you were speeding normaaly you have to appear to court buth you can just buy out the cops for 10 or 15 sometimes 20 euros and they let you leave for them its better they have less work to to do paper work and also they dont earn that much money as a cop atleast in my country so they do this with couple people get bribed and at the end of the day sometimes earnend equal or even more than there montly salary so why wouldnt they accept it
