All Adjusted Characters Before & After Buff - Side by Side Comparison | ONE PIECE Bounty Rush | OPBR

- Many awesome characters such as Primebeard, Sengoku, Sabo & Mihawk have been adjusted with amazing new BUFFS! Improved normal attacks, heals, skill cooldown, just to name a few balancing adjustments out of many.
This video compares all the characters before and after the balancing adjustments so you can really see what changes there are! Here is a quick summary of each character's buff, summarized by my boy Certainty!
Prime Whitebeard
-Normals are easier to land
-Skill 1 now does more damage to Roger Pirates and is easier to land and the same for skill 2
- Can no longer be downed when charging skill 2
-Now Stacks DEF from him or his team KOing opponents, rather than dying
-ATK stat has been changing from KOing an enemy, to now just landing skill 1 on an enemy
-Now can heal! And amazing too, 15% heals anytime he attacks an enemy with tremor on top of the Skill 2 reduction by 15%, meaning if you tremor on the 3rd hit of your normals, you can get 45% heals if you get 3 more hits on the opponent.
Strongest Swordsman in the World, Dracule Mihawk
-Normals are easier to land
-Skill 1 is easier to land and will now give 20% ATK buff for 20 seconds if you charge it
-Now recovers 30% of damage dealt rather than 20%, and also nullifies status effects while charging skill 1
Sengoku
-Normals are easier to land
-Skill 1 and 2 are now easier to land and skill 1 now ignores DEF on step 1-6
-When you or an Ally enters the trait area, 30% DEF buff rather than 20%
-When you hit the opponent with the 3rd normal attack, inflict knockback (like Garp)
-Additional 30% Damage Reduction in his treasure area
-Heal 15% and reduce skill 1 cooldown by 15% when you knockback an enemy
Luffy's Brother Sabo (Red Attacker, Dressrosa)
-Normals are easier to land
-Skill 2 is now easier to land
-When attacking an enemy inflicted with aflame, heal 10%, reminder, skill 2 and all normal attacks in Mera-Mera state (flame state) inflict aflame, so he will heal like crazy with this
-When in Flame-Flame State, reduce damage received by 50% now, rather than 30%
Arco/Mace, Fire Fist Ace
-Skill 2 now gives 20% DEF for 20 seconds if fully charged
-When HP is more than 50%, reduce damage by 30%, previously 20%
Former Admiral Kuzan, Green Attacker
-Skill 1 when charged will now give 20% ATK buff for 20 seconds
-Heals 10% for attacking enemy with freeze now, rather than 5%
CP9 Kaku
-Skill 2 is now easier to land
-Heals 15% on treasure capture now
-10% SPD increase after using skill 1 is now 15 seconds, rather than 10
Whole Cake Island Brook, Soul King
-Skill 1 will now have 30% ATK debuff on the Soul King's spawning and while he's attacking, regardless of the skill level, and will also now have a cooldown of 59 seconds instead of 62.
Baby 5
-Skill 2 now has a little bit of nullify stagger

I’m probably blind cause I can’t tell the visual difference in the “easier to land” changes for Sabo👨🦯 The video is top tier tho 👌🏼
When he does the little 360 on his normal and uses his staff it always missed but now it hits on that one which is actually gon be good dmg. But as for skill 2, I couldn't tell much of a difference either
His skill 2 range was increased a good amount
@@Soul47 I swear sabo skill 2 didn't have as much range. Could he always send fire from a range? I can't remember his sk2 using a mid range fire projectile
Sabo’s skill 2 has long range now, it used to be a short range attack. Also before you had to manually target to not miss with his auto attacks, now, his auto attacks track targets, so you can actually 2 hit people, before you had to use 3 hit basic combos, because one of the two initial attacks would always miss.
(This is all for his mera-mera state basic attacks)

Made an account 4 weeks ago, got a 5 star kaku from the starting summons only but his skill 2 was trash so played till level 6 and reset the game
What is the buff by Ace? I don't see any different from before and after buff
He gets 20% DEF boost after you do the full charge skill 2. Also he is now tanky with HP above 50%
That's not bad especially if you have medals that give extra skill 1 cooldown

And Bandai make a good choice

Honestly yeah like for example that Whitebeard knockdown fix they can put on Big Mom charge skill 2
