I 6 stared my rayleigh with frags but kinda rage quited using him, a lot of moves in this game (mostly the exs) are just broken for perfect dodging, regular king's fly hits twice and can kill in the middle of the perfect dodge for some reason, as well as his skill 1 were he tremors you even though you perfect dodge, hybrid kaido teleport also has one of the weirdest perfect dodge windows, you have to dodge as soon as you hear the thunder sounds or else it won't happen, bajrang gun and giganto have the weirdest linger hitboxes, big mom fulgora is expremelly upsetting cuz even if you react to it perfectly the game just kinda says no, zoro onigiri is instant when it comes to hitbox, so you have to dodge before he does the move instead of reacting to the move, wich can lead you to dodging and then the zoro would just do nothing and then it makes you feel like a dunce, I just dislike rayleigh for this, he is a terrible runner too, because he is a better attacker than he is a runner, 70% health capture buff to 50% is normally good, but healing rayleigh is dependant on perfect dodges and skill 1 wich I already explained how janky and broken some skills are to perfect dodge.
