Looks like a blast ! I’m happy to see you enjoying yourself. You looked stressed out last fall and small things appeared to be getting you down. It seems in life people get burned out around year three or four. If you push through instead of quitting you usually find your passion again. It’s different then. More mellow but sustainable. I hope you are getting there.
I’m getting old and still jumping from beautiful time to beautiful time, but the unwasted generations just keep coming. I wish i could live a thousand more lives

The Baths is my favorite place in the world. First went there when I was 9 years old, second visit when 30 something, then again late 40s. Hope to sail there on my own boat soon. Thanks again for the smiles and memories!!!

I did the same trips there’s in 47’ monohull, 5 times in the mid to late 80’s. Best vacations I’ve ever had! Airline sailing groups had regattas there, for many years, of which I was a part.

I've been there many times. What gets me is apparently that island blew up a long time ago. Those boulders do look like granite rock. That's some hard rock.
Brings back great memories for me. The first time I visited The Baths at 18 I imagined getting married there one day. If I noticed correctly, your dingy Captain had on a BEYC hat? My buddy Aaron Turpin was the head sailing instructor there for years in the early 2000s and I spent a summer living at the BEYC in 2000, taking people to the Baths weekly, on a catamaran called the Paranda, to earn my keep. I’d give anything just about to be able to relive that. The BVI is the good life. Enjoy.

The BVI are my favorite Islands. I was there 4 weeks ago and spent some time at the Baths and Virgin Gorda. Enjoyed myself at White Bay relaxing on the beach. Had a Vodka Lemonade at Hindus Hideaway and a Pain Killer at the Soggy Dollar Bar.
The Baths are awesome, as is the rest of the BVI. My first dive ever was "the Wreck of the Rhone," ended up getting my dive cert in the BVI a few years later off the back of 63' schooner. Hit all the usual suspects, Soggy Dollar, Willy -T, and many more over the years I was there.
Finally an episode where your sail boat didn't break down ? Your boat seems to be in SHIP SHAPE now ? 😅 While you are down there enjoying life, we have a MAJOR snow store bearing down in the Midwest tonight ! Expecting 12 inches of snow in Illinois ! 😳😲 I'm a bit jealous , but that's OK ! Have lots of fun in everything that you do ! HAPPY NEW YEARS ! 🥳🥳🥳
I've been to The Baths and taken that exact same photo as your thumbnail ❤. It's a beautiful place. Always makes me regret coming home to the States. Make sure you take some time to dive The Indians and The Wreck of the Rhone while in the BVI's.
The bath or a place that I have been in 1977. The beauty and wonder of that place has to be seen to be appreciated. However the pictures allow me to remember it and be thankful we left it in beautiful condition as we found it. For the Next Generation to enjoy as we did

Fantastic. I still recall the image of yr friend Crissy? with her sister - shes on the bowl pulling up anchor or something at night in a storm. What a Moon to behold! As for the sea - being able dive in this wonderful environment - the sea itself is as beautiful in its own way {treachorus weather not included}. Bible says there will be a New Heavens and a New Earth and the new earth has no sea. I hope it at lest has has vast huge lakes with the salt water it is truly beautiful.

I am looking for some footage of a super pod of dolphins 🐬 I shot while on a boat tour in PVA a few years back. When I find it I will pass it on to you so you can see it. It was amazing.
