Beautiful and soaring. Caroline's vocals give me goose bumps. I could cry. Another magical moment from truly special artists, including Danny L. Harle. Wishing Caroline a speedy recovery from her ankle injury.
Already heard this 10 times obsessed with the meaning and vocals and the instrumentals behind it all sounds so spatious and harmonic perfectly accurate for what your were going for thanks both!
wow, im legit requesting may 20th off work to listen this album to hear every layer of every song. such a hauntingly beautiful song, and the cover art for this album. i await in anticipation for this album. i love you Flume ❤️
Use your holidays wisely man. This album will be good but it doesn't go above life. Trust me I've been there with releases and disappointed myself. Either way it's gonna be interesting and this track is fire
Flume never disappoints. This some is a masterpiece. I love it. Funnily enough the instrumentals remind me of my old car. It made the exact same sounds from when I started it in the morning till I got wherever I was going. The same progressions. Even the brakes. I kid you not. If I still had it I could put this song on and not notice a difference.
It's just so ahead of it's time, you really have to hear it a few times to really get the full effect. (Every time you hear it again its easier to process, and therefore more of the sound is translated into emotion.)

I'm absolutely FLOORED! Not only is one of the most versatile artists of our time Caroline Polachek working her ultimate magic, but you've outdone your quirky self, Flume. TAKE A BOW! Love from Bangladesh
The art by Johnathan Zawada is so clever, it’s a lyrebird (from Australia) that has the ability to mimic other birdsongs, and the song is titled Sirens, which Polachek said was a reference to the ambulances sirens she was heard during lockdown but as well as mythological sirens who had the ability to mimic and shapeshift to lure people to their death.
Its like it doesn't sound bad, doesn't sound average, but I wouldn't play it on repeat? Maybe its just not catchy. Something tells me if I play this late at night it will grow on me.
The new album is gonna slap so damn hard. I can already tell it's going to once again be an improvement of what Flume does best; make wacky noises that sound great 💪
There is something about this song. I can't describe it. From the moment it starts I'm put in a trance. The synths send shivers down my spine. Caroline's voice speaks to my mind, so euphoric. The beat hits my core. It's so tragic and beautiful and haunting and exhilarating. Absolutely stunning song.
Flume’s fans have been much more open-minded than Odesza’s during their respective album rollouts. This is quite progressive and everyone still loves it
Tbh this track has more emotion in it than any of Odesza's recent output, which is kinda disappointing. And I say that as someone who lives and breathes Odesza's music
@@wrappedupinfumes Flume and Odesza are a completely different ballpark and genre. I love Flume, and I love Odesza. Flume is more future bass, glitchy electro.
