good video. Can you explain to me about
    1. What makes the staff good? his attributes? What does his reputation matter for?
    2. Say brazil as an example, what are the factors affecting the number of players in player search, scouting package? Scout nationality his knowledge? Or anything else ?

Hey. Great questions. Here are my answers:
      *SCOUTING*
Two main factors affect the number of players in player search. The first one is the size of the database and the number of playable leagues you select when setting up a new save. One of my suggestions is to customize the database based on your save goals. The second one is the scouting package. The better the package, the more players will show in your player search. Unfortunately, scouting is a bit broken in the game, so I recommend you use different approaches, including some I listed in the video. Scouting knowledge also impacts the player search, but most importantly, it affects how fast you get recommendations for players and the amount of hidden attributes. Lastly, the filters you select in the player search screen. If you tick the "Interested" box, the game will naturally exclude many names from the list.
      *STAFF*
Yes. Attributes are key for staff. If you are talking about coaches, I would also ensure they have the same preferred formation as yours. I'd also pay attention to their personalities and mental attributes. As for reputation, this is a grey area for me. In my understanding, it changes depending on the staff role. A general manager with a higher reputation will attract better players to your club. It may be helpful for assistant coaches if you assign them any responsibilities to give instructions. On the other hand, staff with higher reputations are more likely to get poached by other clubs. I always try to strike a good balance between reputation and attributes for some roles.
      I hope this is helpful!

Thanx for detail reply , I'm a very experienced player from 2013! I know all the FM basics, but English is a bit challenging for me. That's why I'm using AI to help me communicate more clearly.
      1. Staff
You're right, good clubs poach our high-reputation staff with strong attributes, which means they're valuable assets. We sort staff by staff rating (I know, some experienced players don't use it often). However, high ratings don't always guarantee high attributes. Sometimes, staff with lower reputations or attributes can have excellent 4.5-star ratings. Here's my question: during staff meetings, even if we have a physio with all 20 attributes, the game might recommend improvement with staff rated 15 or 16. Why is that? In your experience, who are the best staff: high reputation, high attributes, high rating, or something else entirely?
      2. Scouting
I apologize if I wasn't clear before. Let's say Ronaldinho came through Grêmio (his actual academy club). Imagine you're playing as Chelsea with a full scouting network in Brazil (and the world package). Despite this, Ronaldinho might not show up in the player search. However, he could be listed on Grêmio's player list or appear in the top player search. My question is: how can I maximize player discovery in the player search screen? Am I missing something crucial? Even with tons of experience, sometimes the smallest details can slip through the cracks.

@@khemrajbudha7955 Awesome. What is your mother tongue?
      1. STAFF
I always skip that screen where my staff team recommends other staff members. I will use my Deportivo La Coruna as example: I have the best staff in La Liga, even better than Real Madrid. Do I really need to improve my staff? I don't think so. They should be good enough for any Top Tier club. Also, remember that your staff's opinion is based on their ability to judge staff, which means it is not always accurate. Do you assign many responsibilities to your staff, such as tactics, training, negotiations, etc? If not, focus on attributes. If yes, you may want to consider reputation as well. I manage most tasks with my clubs, so I usually go for attributes first and then reputation as a tiebreaker.
      2. SCOUTING
The number of players there is based on the scouting package, scouting knowledge, and game database. I will give you an example: I am managing Le Mans in France. We only have Scouting Range "National." I see Estevao from Palmeiras in the squad, but he doesn't show in the player search. Since he is in the database (I can see him in the squad), the reason is that my scouting network does not include Brazil. That's why he is not on the player search screen. In this case, I can manually scout him, but it will cost me extra. If you can see Ronaldinho in Gremio's squad but not on your player search screen, it is likely because you don't have a package that covers Brazil. I'm not 100% sure your scouting knowledge has any impact here (player search screen).
I don't use the player search screen that often. I use it in the following cases: (1) expired contracts, (2) expiring contracts, and (3) specific attributes and stats; in this case, a lot of bad players will be filtered among some good ones. You have to look at them one by one and then request scout reports for promising ones. Other than that, I rely primarily on the scouting center. I also check the list of scouted players a lot. Here is the problem: my scouts usually don't recommend players who are 15, 16, etc. They start being recommended at 18 or 19, which is a problem in cases like Ronaldinho's. I know that many players complain about this. My workaround this is to manually scout players. I go to renowned academies such as River, Boca Juniors, Palmeiras, Santos, Flamengo and manually ask for scout reports. I also spend a few hours looking at most national team squads under 18, 19, and 20. I'm not sure I answered all of your questions, but I would find alternatives to the player search screen. I'd focus more on the scouting center, manual scouting, and shortlists.

@@FMNATICS i am from Nepa Nepali is my mother togue. 🇳🇵
I use my staff for training and media others are done by me.
I am very good at selecting staff and scouting and signing players, i am usually top of every coaching scouting and medical section in 3 years in any league unless i do back to back promotion, once i did with mk dons from league 2 to primer league, i won almost all with this team. I am just looking for an answer to find out the exact who is the best staff in a category without using editor . And scouting how can we increase player search number given more than in the world package, i guess we cant find any more players from one nation without scouting it time and again in regular intervals.
Thanx for your time mate. Have a nice day.
