Hi! There is any way I can download the software before getting the printer to see how it works? I already bought the printer, I'm just waiting for it.
@@tonyprinting9925 Which printer are you using? Usually the BN-20 is the only option for USB, otherwise you need to use a network cable and choose an IP address.
@@johnzafra6493 Yes it should. You will also need to add a printer to allow you to use the GS-24 through Versaworks. Also make sure the GS-24 Driver is installed and if the USB option still does not show within Roland Versaworks I would recommend reinstall the Versaworks program.
Hi, Please see a link to download the full installer for VersaWorks on the following page: downloadcenter.rolanddg.com/BN-20 Choose "Software" then expand the "VersaWorks 6" heading and you'll see an "Installer" for VersaWorks 6 v19.2 (released today). Ignore the fact that the machine heading is BN-20, this may not be the machine you have but this is merely a route to get to the installer for VersaWorks 6.
@@xprestechnical I *did* read the system requirements and scout some internet forums before asking - so you know. I'm sure all of these questions from strangers get annoying from time to time.
@@Legendoftherock Not at all, we are happy to help. Windows 11 architecture is similar to Windows 10, so chances are it will work in all honesty, however we can only go off the officially supported information from Roland. I would think support for Windows 11 will arrive, but I cannot confirm when currently.
Versaworks is asking for my IP address for the printer I’m using a bn20. Any other options I can use or do you know where I can find the IP address for the printer?
This machine doesn't use an IP, so there should be a Driver option instead. When this is selected, find your machine listed in the adjacent drop-down list.
VersaWorks will not offer the option to select the 'USB Driver' unless the driver is installed. Perhaps try to install the BN-20 driver first, this can be found in the BN-20 playlist on our channel.

Please how do I get the installation file for Roland VersaCamm print&cut VS-420 machine
Versaworks will not allow my printer to be found. When typing in my IP adress it does not find it. Any suggestions?

VersaWorks is only allowing me to use IP address and not USB port, is there a way to fix this ?
Usually due to not having the driver installed before setting up VersaWorks, have you tried installing the USB Driver before opening VersaWorks?
@@xprestechnical how do you go by installing the usb driver?

Does VersaWorks run on Windows 11? Need to know asap before ordering a new Windows PC.
WIndows 11 is not supported yet - global.rolanddg.com/products/software/versaworks-6/specifications
@@xprestechnical I don't think they plan on supporting it... right?
