Love this new tune, song & video❣️I sense bits of “Maybe Tomorrow” and “100MPH” in it. Also bits of “Let Me In”. And I like how it sounds like it’s at the end of “Graffiti On The Train” & “Violins And Tambourines” and just keeps picking up and running with that sound throughout the whole song, yet slows a bit like “100MPH”. Also like that we get to hear Adam sing in it a bit. Also love the poke a dotted lighting with them playing as a band again with the new tunes. The poke a dotted lighting also reminds me of a Lite Brite Magic Screen 📌📺 Ooh, I also sense a bit of Kelly’s “Jayne” sound in this song too. As a Rock and Metal fan the Stereophonics passed me by as being a little " lightweight" but I now realise how ignorant I was. Kelly Jones has a fantastic voice and as this track proves they can rock as hard as anyone. I now consider myself a fan and along with Marillion and Magnum they are my favourite band(s)
You need to listen to the old stuff then, my first phonics album was Just Enough Education to Perform. The newer stuff in my opinion is more lightweight. This song is good though.
Yeh, when you listen to music like Bartender and the Thief, Vegas Two Times and the first four tracks on Language Sex Violence Other, you realise theyre anything but lightweight.
