I found my way home after a life of homelessness & addiction. This is a celebratory song for me & a prayer for those who are not home yet. I am 67
Congrats 🎉🤗👏
So what.
I'm so happy and so glad because of your achievements. God bless you!
Im 25 and heading towards your former path
Forse domani .. tornerò a casa
The late mid to late 90's was such a great time for British bands. 'Phonics, Travis, Blur, Oasis, The Verve, Ocean Colour Scene.
Indeed 😏
I was lucky enough to see some of them live when working there 😊
80s was better. The Police, Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, Human League, Clash, Cure, Jam, Pet Shop Boys
Sneaker Pimps, Massive Attack, Placebo
this is from 2003 though
@bejamga True, but the band's first album was 1997, a fine year for British bands indeed, which makes them a 90's band still. And like many late 90's bands, they released albums during the 2000's.
my daddy died in ‘04 1 year after this song, I was 9. He is my way home.

This is what music is supposed to be. No matter when I listen to this song and how often, it always fills me with a sea of emotions. I cannot put in words that combination of feelings..a bit of sadness, a bit of optimism about future, some nostalgia, a sense of achievement in life... it's one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard.
Siddharth Kasbekar couldn't agree more 👍
Makes me feel good
Tomorrow?
Siddharth Kasbekar totally true
I feel the same. This song has been my favourite for years.
My mum was a live or die Stereo fan. She had literally seen them up and down the UK and across the globe. Unfortunately she isn't with us anymore, but listening to the phonics keeps her legacy alive ❤️❤️❤️

long live your mother's memory

Cheers to your Mom! 💚

Being born in India in 1988, and discovering this song for the first time in 2020 , it feels like I’m late to the party but I’m still so glad I found this gem 💎…music is truly beyond language and borders and anything that acts as a membrane
Your story means more than u think it's the timeless aspect. Of the music that endures ❤
Call it the Kohinoor because it’s a British gem.
No matter how many new songs and new artists I listen to I still find myself coming back to the same old ones that make me feel a certain type of way ...
Nowadays, it's because this music is still played on actual instruments, rather than being made by a computer.
It hits different.

Today is February 22, 2023 in California. Greetings ,😊😢
Just discovered this while watching Wicker Park. It's such an emotion provoking song as my 57 year old, lonely, widowed soul takes it in. I hear it and it makes me pray for a better tomorrow. I'd love to go home since my 80 year old father was placed in a nursing home last week.
Stay strong kiddo

These little black clouds

Think I'll walk me outside
And buy a rainbow smile
But be free
They're all free
So maybe tomorrow

So maybe tomorrow
I'll find my way home
I look around at a beautiful life

I wanna breeze and an open mind
I wanna swim in the ocean

0:17 this dudes voice is radical. I never forgot about this song since I heard it as a kid in mom's car. My uncle had a burnt-out CD and this was one of the songs on it. The 'Stereophonics' is one of the best rock bands ever! Enough said.
There good but not even close to the best ! Your kidding right ?

LMA UK I respect your opinion !
But either your to young or you just don’t know the history of rock bands. If you didn’t live in the 80’s
Then you might not be aware.
Like Metallica, Lincoln Park, Green Day,Motley Crue, Queen
Guns n Roses. Van Halen. Aerosmith just to name a few. Sorry but stereophonics are not on there level. And it’s not even close

Man I'd kill for a smokey awesome singing voice like that..
What a beautiful song, the lyrics, the music and Kelly’s voice. Iconic song, privileged to be born Welsh 🏴🏴
Still one of the best tunes I've ever heard...seen them perform this one live so many times and it always gives me goose bumps
Kelly jones loves to sing this, he said it’s the only song that I never ever get tired of singing. When I said Jaysus I wonder why. He said that when he plays it, he can mess with it and a lot of some great ideas come from just freestyling bits to that tune. 😊😊
Simply beautiful - perfection. NO ONE makes music like this anymore! #MaybeTomorow #FindingMyWayHome
Without doubt one of the best vocalists ever to live. Best band i've ever seen live, might as well be stood in a studio they are that good live.

This song will always have that old/modern vibe to it.
Very true
This is one of those songs that seems to hit all the right emotional buttons.....
Clarity and confusion on the same track...
Genius....
When I split from my sons mum and moved out, this was on repeat, this song was a solace. Gave me hope that maybe I would “find my way home” alas I never did, but it gave me a glimpse of hope.
You will, one day. Your home is inside of yourself. Build it from the inside out. I believe in you @Simon Richards
🥰🥰🥰
In sad to heard that. But if you really watch the video, the strange looks Kelly receives, the weird lips of the backing singer, the almost sinister hallucinatory people at the taxi windows this is not a positive song. Well it depends how how you look at it.
The lyrics suggest that home is not another place or another person but yourself.. "Wanna breathe with an open mind, wanna swim with in the ocean and take my time for me. Oh, me." The video also shows anytime he is with other ppl things descend into chaos or judgement ( the way the ppl interviewing look at him , disgusted and appalled near the end always intrigued me)
But sorry I went on too long, " back home" is finding yourself and the self worth that automatically comes with it. He feels like he has lost his peace of mind. Home is where he can feel free and just be himself but notably, by himself.
Only when you truly love yourself can you receive respectful reciprocated love from others that you deserve.
Hope you're well 🌺 x
I agree with the others Home is you as in inner peace...what you want, your place in the World and future plans. Good luck.

Having depression can make you feel you're completely alone in a crowded room. You might have a magnificent home, a great car, a respected job and the whole world to live for, but you still feel empty, desperate and hopeless nonetheless. The inner darkness sometimes feels impenetrable. You'd give anything to find the reset button to switch off the sadness and start feeling joy again, like everyone else seems to... There just aren't any quick fixes, though. For some, there may be no fix at all. Yet...
No matter how dark it gets, stay focused on getting through today, however hard it is. For one day, there WILL be a cure.
Maybe tomorrow...
I stand before these clouds quoted in "Maybe Tomorrow".
This is beautifully put, thank you 🌻
I wish you good luck on your journey William S to push that dark cloud away. I am coming out to my blue skies after a very long fight to not drown and to understand the root cause. I also needed to find my inner light which for me is creative writing. We all have something we are good at, you just have to find it and block out the negative voices and shut them out of your life. Good luck and my prayers are with you. UK
Heavy memories with this amazing song. 2003.
I remember listening to this song during my undergraduate days in medical school, depressed about my life in general. Thankfully I found my way.
There is always tomorrow and I know we get consumed with anxiety and depression sometimes more days than usual BUT there is always tomorrow and there will be better things to come. The mind is your own worst enemy so think of other things and your mind will try and fight you but you will succeed in time and there is always time for a turnaround for the best, so don’t lose that chance think of the future. Be strong, you were born for a reason and that reason is to live out your time. x

Stereophonics have released ten studio albums, including six UK number one albums. Their latest album is Scream Above the Sounds (2017). A successful compilation album, Decade in the Sun, was released in November 2008 and charted at number two in the United Kingdom.
Stereophonics not really underrated. Check the Urban Dance Squad or 24-7 Spyz or King's X for REALLY underrated bands that never got the recognition they deserved.
Awesome band!
Listening to my dad listen to this when I was younger wish music was made like this today so beautiful
The Stereophonics are a vastly underrated band. Like many UK artists they have a musicality that’s catchy and still edgy. This era of music coming out of the UK was really a golden age. So many great bands and so much great music.
Do you mean late 90s early 2000s?
