I agree and I don't know if I was the one who is fool or blind but I couldn't understand how his leg get injured, isn't it the Korean guys's kick hit his arm? How is effected his leg? I confused...
You probably know the rules of Taekwondo better than I do. Including the kick to the knee, there were a total of three kicks. After taking the first kick, the player turns their back and tries to move away, but then takes the second kick. While their back is still turned, they take the third kick. The issue here isn’t whether their back was turned or not. It’s clear that they were already in pain and about to give up the match. However, I think the force used in the last kick was unnecessary. If you need to make a move, make it, but using more force than you did throughout the entire match in the final kick is not right. Of course, when your opponent is weaker than you, it’s easy to do that. Still, we need to consider the atmosphere of the match, the mindset of the players, the adrenaline, and the elevated heart rate. All of these can lead to such actions. I’m not taking sides, and I’m not from either country, but the Azerbaijani player’s behavior towards the officials and their opponent outside the match impressed and earned my respect. I’m sorry, but the person who will stay in my mind from this match is them.

태권도 겨루기 경기 룰을 알면 저 발차기가 왜 문제 안 되는지 설명되던데 아직도 이 얘기를 꺼내는 사람이 있네 당시 해설진들도 문제 삼는 사람이 없었고 아제르바이잔 선수도 경기 끝난 다음 인터뷰에서 정당한 공격이었다고 인정함
