@@maximusfuscus I'm also in Canada, but my plan likely isn't going forward. My partner is the one with the assets to leverage, but he's having anxiety issues or some sort of block, and I can't get him from planning to talk to the bank to actually talking to them.

I did a search for why in the world anyone would not bring a tent if they want to camp. This is like the story of Heather Graham saying Burning Man was dirty and leaving as soon as she arrived.
