Good to see Jack and Jorma playing!!!!! A worthy rendition. RIP Paul, Marty, and Spencer you are certainly missed! I'm sure my fellow Jefferson Airplane fans will agree.
It would be helpful if you could hear all the instruments in a balanced way, but it's great to hear both Jack and that classic Jorma Airplane tone. I agree the singer does a great job.
This is purely wonderful though I miss the rest of Airplane. I got to see Blue Oyster Cult live I can only hope to se these guys who knows right? Love most of everything Rachael Price is part of so there is that to look forward to also. Thank you for this.
Yeah, Grace was pretty shrill and screechy often times with Starship, but when you hear the young gals try a song like this one on for size, one realizes what an incomparable force Grace was in the bands glory years. The other gals aren't up to it.
Rachael can sing anything! But Grace's voice had more of a bite, which fit the song better. I'm happy seeing this video - but Rachael is also gorgeous! It's almost criminal having her and Jack in the same frame. ;> Maybe this is Rachael Price with Hot Tuna?
JA is not JA without wonderful Grace. I'm of the mindset if most of the original players have moved on or died then, its time to "Gracefully", exit and call your band something else. Perhaps write new material. Cant be forever living in the past.
Some of these lyrics were written solely to offend. Your talent should place you above such trivial poke-in-the-eye songs, Ms. Price. YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS!

One for Paul...One for Marty
also u forgot to mention rachel price
Nobody can sing like Grace Slick but this woman did a GREAT job imposing her own style on the band !
Also, the three parts harmony was top level.
Worthy rendition, with a great, competent performance on vocals by the wonderful Rachael Price. Thanks so much!
Right.. i was thinking that was rachel price,
Who is amazing.
IWT. What a set. This one among so many others that weekend.
Rachael does such a great version. I wouldn't think this would work but Rachael nails it!
A little different without Baron Von Tollbooth and the Chrome Nun
Schoolin’ by Jack Cassidy. Thank you very much.
I love Rachael Price! Her voice is great!

We may be cool, but none of us will ever be Jack Casady cool
Oh yeah.
merveilleux et la chanteuse est au diapason de Jack et Jorna
He likes it.
Jefferson Airplane songs inherently require young powerful female singers.

@@jg6698 Yet.....
That Les Paul has some great attack!
Seminal Entourage Expo in honor of one of greats: San Francisco's own Airplane: Jefferson !-+-!
I’d say they have it down pretty good now.
An interesting rendition, although a guitarist and a bassist do not an Airplane make.
airplane parts

Maybe this is Rachael Price with Hot Tuna?
And that's Larry way over on the left, isn't it?
not the same without a bigsby
surely its Hot Tuna?
Да ладно? Rachael Price?
Jack is on it, but Jorma seems a little off.
um...legal rights to the name
Is that G.E. Smith? Where's Grace!?!
Yes, I saw G.E. play with electric Hot Tuna one time. He's a good guitar player. Tough to play on the same stage as Jorma and Bill Kirchen, though,.

I miss titled this and will correct. th-cam.com/video/rZqrxvDfG8k/w-d-xo.html

This is one of the finest songs ever written. The human name isn't worth garbage.
Think of all the Dylan, Ochs, Prine, etc. songs whose primary purpose was to offend. Are you going to throw those entire canons into the trashcan?
If you are not the writer, perhaps, it's best that you speak to things that you know. In that vein, why are you offended by these lyrics?
Disagree. Great song.
And perhaps the lyrics (with the music) were written to stimulate outside the box thinking rather than to offend.
