Trying to be zero waste at a festival

My city has their annual International Food Festival every August and I love going to explore different cultures. I try to bring as many reusables as I can to reduce waste but it doesn't always happen the way we planned.
When we go out, here are things we tend to bring
reusable water bottle
container to put food in
utensils
reusable napkins (cut up pieces of shirts)
reusable coffee mug
