I have been having vertigo again lately. I was seen last week and yesterday for a check ad she found nothing. Last night I had a terrible episode, worst it has been in a long time. Usually it hits me in the morning. I had a lot of dizziness, nausea and thought I was going to vomit. I rarely get nauseous and have never thrown up. I called off work for this morning and was able to get to PT for another recheck. She again found nothing. She thinks it was a vestibular migraine and I do, too after some reading and your video. I think it is my new job, it is very chaotic and lost of noise and beeping etc. Definitely not fun. :(
Where can I sign up? I have been battling this for 10 years...I see a neurologist who is a headache specialist, and like you mentioned, he doesn't really address my VM, just my 'regular migraines'. I take triptans as an abortive , if I have head pain, but dont really know how to acutely treat VM...I've just been kind of bumbling through life with it. 10 years ago I had acute neuritis, which I know has been the main cause of my migraines. I did vestibular rehab, and it did help for a few years. I have regressed in the past 3 years I think due to getting Covid. Anyway, I really need to tackle this VM. How much do you charge per month? I am in Canada, fyi 😊
NM, I found your link below 😊. Quick question: is it counterproductive to go for a short 20 min walk with my dog during a VM attack? I'm someone who requires movement in my day for mental health....but I don't want to cause my attack to last longer....what do you think?

Loads of great info for sure, didn't really talk on "how do I know if I have vestibular migraine" though 😢
