The on site manager might not really know who Ryan is. Ryan said he had the owners phone number on his phone and thus called him. The amount of cash he drops to plays these games make him a Whale, Whales do not complain to the day manager, they go to the top, and rightfully so. It not only got this stealer fired, but Im sure the on site manager got in hot water as well, unless the guy taking the coins was the manager.

I’d have the owner physically DRAG the employee who stole all your winnings over to you, emptying his pockets right in front of you, giving you back all that he’d stolen. Then I’d take him to court, suing him penniless. Then, he should be arrested in front of everyone, made to wear a sign “I’ve stolen from all you people, & I’m going to jail!”, so everyone sees it as he’s physically & forcibly marched, on his tip toes, out to the squad car.
That would be awesome to do that to that thief. He deserves to go to jail . I hate a thief.
