    I am a member of the weight loss group TOPS. Take Off Pounds Sensibly. I have 33 pounds I want to lose this year. I have been encouraged by this video and a lot of others of your videos. I am working on eating healthy by following the Mediterranean way of eating. Thank you so much for all your videos.

    I’m waiting for surgery in March. I feel that my goal of losing weight and improving fitness needs 3 stages: how I’ll go about it beforehand, during recovery and post recovery.

    I have gotten so off track on my eating since October and almost gotten into binge eating sometimes on unhealthy foods probably due to various problems in family relationships. Anyway, I want to get back on track and kept thinking I needed to immediately go back to everything I was doing right which hasn’t gone well. I will be setting up some smaller goals starting with sugar and a goal of accessing whether I am actually hungry when I want to eat. I need my goals in writing to remind myself. It will probably be good to write out your plan so I can set myself up for success following it. Thank you for the video. I believe it will be helpful.

    Lol, your discussion of summative exams gave me bad flashbacks to my Master's😅. In addition to reading for 3 classes and teaching, we had a 7-page list of book titles to be read before exams at the rnd of year 2. Few of which were covered in our classes (though we tried). That's what vacation breaks are for! My roommate and I made a game of it during our last spring break. We got through 700 pp day one, 650 day 2, we lost steam...😅
