I found out last month that my breast cancer is back and I am now stage 4 at 32. It has shaken my faith to the core. I haven't listened to Air1 in almost a year. Today on a drive home from the doc I flipped the radio to Air1 and heard this song. It moved me in so many ways. Thank you for putting some of my emotions into words.

My mom had cancer and she had depression so it was hard on both my mom and I. The cancer was killing her, but then God called out to her and made sure her faith was strong, she had proven to be faithful. She no longer has cancer and she lives on to be an amazing mother so now God has called me out to become His one of his many sons & daughters and I have become His child forever from the moment He saved both my mother's and my life.
I've been struggling with how much God actually cares about me, and last night I sat outside my house and just ranted at Him for a good half hour, and at the end I broke down and begged Him to show me what to do. This morning, I opened up my devotional and got an amazing passage about continuing to follow Him through pain and confusion, and then I heard this song. Thank you NF, you are one of the few music artists that truly understands the struggles of a christian living in the world and actually helps with that struggle.
@Tom Makayi I encourage you to allow for yourself to ask questions and struggle with God. Even though that sounds odd, I struggled quite a lot with my faith about a year ago and became very depressed. Even in that moment God met me where I was at. Almost every day I started to see the verse Romans 5:8 in the most random places. I encourage you to look up this verse and be open for whatever God has in store for you in this time. Honestly while I was struggling I became closer to God than I ever have been. So, be on the look out for God in your daily life, appreciate the small things, and do not loose hope!! Remember God loves you ❤️!
For over a year now, I have lived my life wrong. I turned away and I don't know why God would want me back, but I'm making my way back to him now. I've done some really horrible things this past year, but I know that's why God sent Jesus to die for me. We were never meant to live in a world without God.

Sometimes I sit in my bedroom, alone. I stare at the ceiling and let my sadness and tears pour out. My loneliness haunts my soul and I feel like I have nothing. But then, I play this song. It reminds me that I have God, and God is always laying there beside me in my bed looking up as well. I can't see nor hear him but he's there. That's when I remember, I will always have something for as long as I have him.

NF you saved my life tonight thank you.. I've lost my moms this year, my girl was near dead, this All happens within months apart.. I was at my breaking point I was ready for the "lord to retire me" yet I was the one who was about to retire himself. I was stuck in my sin for 2 years and out of God's grace, through faith in Jesus Christ, I was saved, and sometimes I don't look to the cross like I should, but I don't want to trust my feelings when I feel like I'm not "doing enough" because there's nothing good enough in me to make myself right with God, it's only what He does in me that makes me right with Him. I've been there, lost and feeling like I have nothing left, and that's when I found out that having a relationship with God is everything I ever needed.

I personally experienced evidence of my salvation when I surrendered and chose the Lord. I experienced on many occasions before surrendering, the "Pleading with God with no answer" scenario. Because of what I believe to be lack of faith in "Truth". Basically, I was testing the Lord, instead of accepting him. When I surrendered and chose the Lord's way instead of my own, is when I experienced what I wanted in the days that I was lost. I'm so thankful for God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, The Angels, and the Church Of Christ that I was raised in. If it wasn't for the foundation that my parents, and the Church laid before me. But NF has shown that truth can also be popular Three years ago i decided to pick up a Bible and start reading a little bit every day. Everything changed for the better from that day forward. NOt that i don't have trials and struggles, but it is much easier to deal with when i can pray and talk to God and read and hear what he has to say to me.
Who ever is reading this please pray for me, ive went through some rough patches in my life and its been hard to not be depressed ive lost family over arguments(my parents got in a fight with my aunt and uncle) ,drugs(uncle overdosed,cancer(my grandmother has been in stage four cancer, and if she gets cancer again she could die), and i barely have no family left to actually spend time with, and i just hope god will help me through my rough times. This week i went to Gatlinburg Tennessee with my youth group from my church, and we watched a movie called "to save a life" and what really stood out to me was the boy was scared to help his friend which ended up commiting suicide which he later found god and wanted forgiveness, which he ended up speaking out towards others in need, and it stood out to me because i felt a connection with our society which i thought, "this is why we have the issues we have, because of people that dont stand up for whats right, if everyone was like the guy in the movie, the world would be so much better, and i relate to this song because i always feel like im letting god down, and that i never do enough to thank him for what hes done for me because in august of 2014 my parents almost died in a car crash where they were hit from behind and they rolled 4 times across the highway but luckily god was with them and they walked out of the hospital that night with no broken bones, and it just breaks my heart knowing that they could have died, and i pray everyday that god will keep me strong, so i dont follow the path of satan, if anybody is wondering, *i go to restoration baptist church*, and i just wanted to share my testimony as to why i have turned my life around, and normally im the type of kid whos very quiet and shy and i dont like to talk, but i felt god has just gave me the strength to share it with someone and i hope someone here who reads this that does not know jesus christ as there savior, please check out a local church because to me the lord fills a void in my heart like nothing else can and thats what keeps me strong, and please do not write something hateful on this if you dont believe in religion, i am just here to share my testimony and to only give a positive impact towards others, i challenge anyone who reads this to share their testimony such as i did, because i woukf lovw to hear how god has made an impact on your life

Hi my name is Anna I am 19. I have never done drugs, self harmed, or been abused, I have a family and a few friends that love me and care for me very much. But I feel lonely. I struggle with an addiction similar to one I had in the past. I am in college but stay at home instead of in a dorm. I am struggling with school because I lack the motivation and self confidence. I was homeschooled for 8 years so that caused me to do less work and develop more social anxieties. Whenever I am in public I often break down or avoid everyone. In public I am always the Wallflower. No one comes to me and I am just in the corner alone. I'm afraid of what the future holds. I know there is a bunch of people who have it a lot worse but will someone pray for me?

You dont need prayer. I used to be the same way, but what you have to do is compare... Life in the future if you don't change... And life if you do... IF YOU DINT: Probably won't be able to land a job, or at least... Not one that you enjoy, not one that pays well. You will struggle every day to face life's important and necessary decisions. IF YOU DO: You will be noticed, you will stand out, you will gain the confidence to succeed in school, graduate and get that job you wanted, make friends, live life, he happy... It isn't up to anybody else whether you will stop being shy, it is all you. You just have to see what life you want and decide what is more important... Happiness, confidence, friendship... Or sadness, depression, struggles, fear.... Like I said, I know.how it feels because I almost went down that path. I graduated highschool, my last year having all As and I am going to he a nuclear engineer in the navy.... Like I said... It is your choice. Prayer can't do it.

I've been struggling with how much God actually cares about me, and last night I sat outside my house and just ranted at Him for a good half hour, and at the end I broke down and begged Him to show me what to do. This morning, I opened up my devotional and got an amazing passage about continuing to follow Him through pain and confusion, and then I heard this song. Thank you NF, you are one of the few music artists that truly understands the struggles of a christian living in the world and actually helps with that struggle.

@Tom Makayi I encourage you to allow for yourself to ask questions and struggle with God. Even though that sounds odd, I struggled quite a lot with my faith about a year ago and became very depressed. Even in that moment God met me where I was at. Almost every day I started to see the verse Romans 5:8 in the most random places. I encourage you to look up this verse and be open for whatever God has in store for you in this time. Honestly while I was struggling I became closer to God than I ever have been. So, be on the look out for God in your daily life, appreciate the small things, and do not loose hope!! Remember God loves you ❤️!

I was stuck in my sin for 2 years and out of God's grace, through faith in Jesus Christ, I was saved, and sometimes I don't look to the cross like I should, but I don't want to trust my feelings when I feel like I'm not "doing enough" because there's nothing good enough in me to make myself right with God, it's only what He does in me that makes me right with Him. Thank you Jesus for helping me through everything and I hope you bless anyone out there who's struggling and if they're chosen for salvation, I hope them the best. God uses our struggles and tragedies to make us stronger and to get closer to God when we wouldn't otherwise. Stay strong as in our struggles God provides us with our biggest breakthrough. I've been there, lost and feeling like I have nothing left, and that's when I found out that having a relationship with God is everything I ever needed.
We got God no matter what. I know the truth even though others may doubt in the causes of reflection. I know my own pain. And I've lost our own several relationships because of a past I could barely forgive myself for. Now is the time to be stronger, wiser, and lovinger more than other.

I personally experienced evidence of my salvation when I surrendered and chose the Lord. I experienced on many occasions before surrendering, the "Pleading with God with no answer" scenario. Because of what I believe to be lack of faith in "Truth". Basically, I was testing the Lord, instead of accepting him. When I surrendered and chose the Lord's way instead of my own, is when I experienced what I wanted in the days that I was lost. I'm so thankful for God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, The Angels, and the Church Of Christ that I was raised in. If it wasn't for the foundation that my parents, and the Church laid before me. I would still be sinking in the sand that the world laid before me when I strayed from the herd. Blessings to you, and all Brothers and Sisters.

Who ever is reading this please pray for me, ive went through some rough patches in my life and its been hard to not be depressed ive lost family over arguments(my parents got in a fight with my aunt and uncle) ,drugs(uncle overdosed,cancer(my grandmother has been in stage four cancer, and if she gets cancer again she could die), and i barely have no family left to actually spend time with, and i just hope god will help me through my rough times. This week i went to Gatlinburg Tennessee with my youth group from my church, and we watched a movie called "to save a life" and what really stood out to me was the boy was scared to help his friend which ended up commiting suicide which he later found god and wanted forgiveness, which he ended up speaking out towards others in need, and it stood out to me because i felt a connection with our society which i thought, "this is why we have the issues we have, because of people that dont stand up for whats right, if everyone was like the guy in the movie, the world would be so much better, and i relate to this song because i always feel like im letting god down, and that i never do enough to thank him for what hes done for me because in august of 2014 my parents almost died in a car crash where they were hit from behind and they rolled 4 times across the highway but luckily god was with them and they walked out of the hospital that night with no broken bones, and it just breaks my heart knowing that they could have died, and i pray everyday that god will keep me strong, so i dont follow the path of satan, if anybody is wondering, *i go to restoration baptist church*, and i just wanted to share my testimony as to why i have turned my life around, and normally im the type of kid whos very quiet and shy and i dont like to talk, but i felt god has just gave me the strength to share it with someone and i hope someone here who reads this that does not know jesus christ as there savior, please check out a local church because to me the lord fills a void in my heart like nothing else can and thats what keeps me strong, and please do not write something hateful on this if you dont believe in religion, i am just here to share my testimony and to only give a positive impact towards others, i challenge anyone who reads this to share their testimony such as i did, because i woukf lovw to hear how god has made an impact on your life

Hi my name is Anna I am 19. I have never done drugs, self harmed, or been abused, I have a family and a few friends that love me and care for me very much. But I feel lonely. I struggle with an addiction similar to one I had in the past. I am in college but stay at home instead of in a dorm. I am struggling with school because I lack the motivation and self confidence. happystrongpure Praying for you! Got back from the army and overseas. Experienced some terrible things over there, just to return to nothing. It's a real hard just relating to others and knowing where to go from here. But all I have is Christ, and He is all we ever need :)
Never give up and remember even if you have no one, you are never alone with God. Seek out genuine believers, Read his word daily and soak it up. Pray and he will answer, even if it isn't what you wanted. In ways you'll look back on and realise the response was perfect. Life is tough sometimes but He'll do everything for your good and growth, for the spread of the Gospel, until we meet him in glory !

Or sadness, depression, struggles, fear.... Like I said, I know.how it feels because I almost went down that path. But I realized the life I wanted, and that was more important than me jot wanting to wander from my comfort zone. I used to have horrible grades and gave up on myself, no friends, no hope of a future because I feared it.... Now... I graduated highschool, my last year having all As and I am going to he a nuclear engineer in the navy.... Like I said... It is your choice. Prayer can't do it.
