You will probably have to put a 90⁰ on the oil pressure sensor to allow it to clear the alternator. Mine is a 14 STI, but i think the alternator clearances are about the same
Good info regarding the up-pipe bracket tightening, I've probably caused myself some headaches by tightening that in the wrong order. Also gonna check on those PCV hoses, I wonder if they will fit nicely on a VA STI because I love to eliminate PCV diag connectors.

Could you still run a TMIC with the Cosworth? It looks like there might be enough room.. I always wondered.. 🤔 Also those flanges for the Cobb DP look so nice! Have you thought about using the 3MI Racing AOS Hose Kit on your build for better drain back? I have one, just haven't gotten to that part of my build yet.
I will never use those 3mi hoses again. We have only ever had issues with them. On paper it's a great idea but they always leak. We had one car recently have an issue with drainage, another where it wouldent seal etc. They make work for some but we've never had good success with them. You might be able to squeeze a TMIC on but I've tlnever thought about it 😅
When you do the competition AOS conversion, do you leave the crossover breathers attached to the heads? I was told by a couple different people I should just cap them as well as their corresponding heads since it vents to atmosphere it isn’t needed. Wanted to get your input on that. Big fan, I watch all your videos thanks bud!

Did a smoke test and i have 2 leaks both on those tgv shaft seals on both tgvs. You think a leak in those locations could be causing my hesitation and sporadic fueling issues? Big fan btw i watch every video!

Any plans on coating either the downpipe or headers? I got my Cobb Gesi Downpipe coated with a high-temp cerakote. Idk if it truely made a big difference or not.

Question for anyone. I live in a very cold climate and I’ve heard some people say that an aos is a bad idea. It seems to me that the fa engines seem to have more of a problem than the ejs. What are everyone’s thoughts on that?
You were smart to ditch the Killer B turbo inlet even before you were sure it wouldn't fit. It is an unimaginable nightmare to install even with the stock manifold. Instructions say it can be done without removing the manifold but they straight up lie haha... especially if you're running an IAG AOS.
@Smeedia I could tell that there was no way from the last video 😂 when I did mine it was so bad I ended up needing to dremel a tiny relief on the inside of the bend because for whatever reason, nothing I did kept it from hitting the bolt hole for the manifold into the TGV housing. The fact that it's completely rigid is both a blessing and a curse 😂

very good tips on the turbo install. you can also rotate the turbo in the horizontal plane once everything is tight except the 3 turbo to UP bolts.

I believe you can replace that axle seal without taking that notched thing off. You just need a seal puller.

Definitely could be causing the issues. What size fuel injectors are you using as well?

I’ve heard the 8mm phenolic spacers work best with the hard inlet… not sure if that was with your manifold though

Don't they make TGV spacers that you can use to lift the manifold enough for the KillerB?
Two questions where did you buy the new power steering pump and can do the Forester XT and STI from 07 use the same ones
