    Thanks heaps !!!!!! Bloody beautiful!!!!!! I’m building a pizza oven and a pizza burner from the USA IS $2000.00 !!!!!!! This is a great money saver and I don’t need a temperature controller or a complex burner as there burner is very large and to big for my oven , so well done and many thanks !!!!!!!!!

      much appreciated your support. use temperature gauge. Check out my pizza oven build.

    Thankyou, I’ve subscribed, very impressed with your burner as the universal burner kits on the market are asking for $2000.00 !!!!!!!!!
    So this is very very good , well done!!!!

    copper fitting with thread for brass HD sells them kind of expensive
    I use liquid seal.

    I am amazed anything sealed after using locking pliers on the theads of all those fittings. Props to the engineering overall. Great ideas. throw some electrical tape on the jaws if you must.

      liquid high heat sealer is used. Still working after a year, twice a week most of the time.

    What temps are you seeing on the pizza stone?
    And how are you heating that up? Direct or indirect heat from the burners?

    What have you found for an automatic control valve? I would like a control valve with pilot, piezo lighter, thermocouple/safety valve and thermostat.

  • @sto2779
    @sto2779 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Nice. How long does it take to heat up to 800F? Also for extra maximum safety, add a "Flashback arrestor", just in case to not have any sparks or fire traveling down the gas line to the propane tank. Are you using an air blower of some sort? How much was all the materials?

    • @SainiBadwalUSA
      @SainiBadwalUSA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      no this is not using any blower. cost me few dollars. It is very cheap. I am using this in my pizza oven and never using full fire. take like 20 minutes to reach 800 plus. I also use heat shield on top of it to save fire bricks

    How did you rig up the copper piping before the burner?

    • @SainiBadwalUSA
      @SainiBadwalUSA  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      HD sells copper connectors with brass size thread and I sold the one side to copper and the other side thread to the pipe.

    Great video on the pizza burner I started to make mine ordered the same exact parts. The taps M6 by one is actually is not able to tap the 1/8 x 1/8 nipple that you specify I bought Forney and all the items you mentioned on Amazon like I said the whole is too large on the same exact 1/8 x 1/8 nipples for the M6 tap, I actually had to use JB weld extreme to mount the welding tips inside the 1/8 x 1/8 nipple hope to finish tomorrow but that combination is not correct same exact parts you specified again the internal diameter is much too large for an M 6 x 1 tap

      I use the same tap and it fits perfectly fine

      Well, I completed my burners and I found that adding 3/8 ID washer and 1/4 on the other end of T I was able to bring down the flame and maintain the blue flame down to minimal without sputter. Thank you again for putting that out for us and I’m getting ready to build your pizza oven design. That’s the best I’ve seen thank you again you truly are a great engineer.

      @chefpaolo3190 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheAmanDua yes absolutely the problem was my pressure regulator ... i put too much psi.. also i use a little bit of a different design.. but the main problem was that i didn't tap the welding nozzle tip straight. so it was sending propane not evenly inside the pipe. i just solved it retapping it

    This is ok for lpg gas?

    • @SainiBadwalUSA
      @SainiBadwalUSA  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      IT is ok because
      Propane is liquefied petroleum gas, or LPG - is a gas normally compressed and stored as a liquid.

    • @SainiBadwalUSA
      @SainiBadwalUSA  ปีที่แล้ว

      One is enough but two heat up quick but I was talking about fire shield that is inside my oven. it is just a metal sheet that wont let fire touch the bricks.
