House 1 is all i would want. The location, the foliage, trees, weather, and best of all, that house whoa baby. Breath taking. I really liked the dark and light contrast. Didn't feel to bright or too dim. Its Perfection. 5 mil for such an great location. Idk about houses in buildings. Still feels like an big apartment building. Maybe if it was like an huge gap in between the house at the top, and the apartments on the lower level. Like one you can see from afar.

Why do people who design these types of "nouveau riche up and comer homes" seem to always include enough exterior lighting to the point where electricity becomes the largest single household utility expense ? There may be some security protection when flooding the exterior with excessive lighting but a well designed security alarm system would provide superior protection over excessive illumination.
The first home is beautiful. You need to see it in person! The jump cuts in the video does not do it justice. It has a nice flow to it and big yet cozy. The materials used makes it feel like a home and not an office building or museum. I was going to purchase that one but while touring homes for purchase and the town there in Ft. Lauderdale and other parts of FL. I felt so unwelcomed there to the point I was creeped out. I ended up deciding against buying luxury property there because I just could not see myself living there and spending that kind of money and feeling like I was not wanted or belong there. But I will say they have some beautiful luxury properties there. If you "fit in" with the locals I recommend buying that first 5 million dollar home in the video. I would suggest adding into the purchase contract to change those lighting fixtures though. They're somewhat overdone once you see them in person and they don't provide much illumination yet those designs steal away and distract from the beauty and well placed interior design of the home.
@@Legendary_Productions Well, it more so was an accumulation of incidents that happened when viewing some of the properties and touring their local areas. One incident, we had a couple who I assume were residents approach us and question as to what we were doing there. The agent literally had the keys in his hand as we toured the outside of the property first before we go inside. We even had access from the Guard at the gate because the agent had made an appointment with security. He even knew why we were there and had no problem letting us in. But the people questioning us didn't even have the authority to do so and they felt the need to mention how they know the HOA president and how their rules are strictly enforced. This particular incident didn't happen at the property I referenced in this video though. And there were a couple more incidents, 1 at the Hotel and another when shopping at a well known brand boutique. So, It was an accumulation of incidents that made me feel unwelcomed but may be a good fit for someone else and is still why I recommended the property in the video as that doesn't take away anything from the beauty of the property itself. I didn't take it personal which is why I didn't and won't mention the names of the establishments and community because it could've been something going on in the social/political climate the week I was there that I was unaware of because I'm not familiar with the areas. I hope you can understand how that could have an immediate affect on my decision at the time. And also, thank you for asking.
@@Legendary_Productions Wow! that's a shame for such nice areas that some people feel like they own an entire area and they get to pick and choose who lives or goes where. You must have it hard, I've seen incidents where videographers get harassed, especially if someone of an older gen sees you flying your drone around, hahaha! I wish you luck, your productions are great!
I liked the last one. Very unique to this channel. Hope they continue looking in those areas as there are some beautiful homes out there that don't get the attention they deserve. The third jenga house had no view at all. Even on the top level. There was a hideous looking high power line right outside a window. Seriously, why have a house like that with big windows everywhere just to have your neighbors staring right in. What a waste. Great video though!
@@largec I know that you don't have 5Million dollars in your bank account that's for sure. And realistically you'd probably never reach that amount since the average American only makes 1.7M$ in 70 years time
1st House details!!! 1st house is located at: 744 NE 16th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 Landmark: Macys Fort Lauderdale Florida This plot was earlier sold for: $820,000 in 2020. The plot had a different house there. Something funny though; on google map the new house is still not showing but the old house, at least the last time when I checked.
Long time fan here, don't take it personal but the slow to sped up shots are repetitive and fairly annoying. I get their purpose for transitioning angles but might be a bit overused. Anyways you guys do the best work still, just thought I would say something since I watch every video.
Trust me, we get questions about music all the time! The answer is i'm not exactly sure. I can tell you it comes from paid stock music sites (e.g. Artlist).
