Wow - thanks so much for asking them to acquire it. That's much appreciated.
I don't know if you are aware of this, but I also wrote a "Memory Detective" novel that quite a few police officers have told me they enjoyed. Basically, it goes through a realistic portrait of how a detective could learn to use the techniques while super-busy with an investigation.
True, the investigation in the story is over the top, but a detective visited me after reading it and said he was surprised by how realistic it was. I only had a one-word explanation: "Research."
Thanks again for supporting and sharing The Victorious Mind and talk soon!

Have you read the book “Priceless Gift” by Cornelius Hirschberg? I like the structured approach in the book. Also, the work of Ronald Gross is highly relevant for lifelong learners. Thank you for your outstanding work, Dr. Metivier. 👍🏾

I need your help. I’m trying to get off of years of anti depressants , and they have destroyed my mind. Can’t remember anything. Where do I start?

Finding the starting point is a challenge. I can't give any direct advice, but I share everything I did to get off all meds in The Victorious Mind - a book in which I stress the importance of doing it under proper medical supervision. Biohacking can be good, but please make sure you get monitored throughout.
Does this way of looking at things make sense and help you out?

The medical professionals are a big part of why im in this mess. Constantly handing me new drugs to try and never trying to actually address any of the deeper issues. I will continue to dig around, but thank you for responding.

There are increasingly practitioners out there who understand that the pill mandate isn't for everyone. It's not that I was "lucky" to find one. I made it my mission to not stop until I did.
I completely understand if that adds a separate burden, but if my experiences can inspire you, it's worth making a similar goal part of your lifelong learning journey.
This is all the more important because we all have blind spots and it is very difficult to get the best possible picture of what to do and how to do it without speaking to actual people. They are "searchable" in many ways that the Internet simply is not.
Just shout out if you have any questions. If you can't afford The Victorious Mind, let me know via email, reference this conversation and I'll comp you the digital version.
Either way: Power to you. You can do it!
