- This video shows how I go about making a cell starter colony, so I can start producing queen cells for my splits. With this method, I use the same colony to finish building the queen cells as well. In my opinion, this makes the process a little simpler and more streamlined. #QueenRearing #QueenCells #CellStarter #Beekeeping #QueenGrafting #Bees

I'm a newbie, just starting this year and learning... thank you for showing us your method...
I got it from other youtubers and it seems to work pretty well. Thanks for watching
This is one of the very best explanations of this process that I have seen. Thank you. Great job.
Thank you
Good job young man.
Thanks, but always trying to improve
I like the method behind this idea.. not a lot of work specially to those who have their apiary away from them or too busy to visit their bees on daily basis. Thanks and keep it up.
Yes this does work great for a remote apiary. As long as you can time it out correctly. Weather can always throw a wrench into the plans
Good explanation
Appreciate it
Nice very well explained video. Thank you.
But you can't sell the honey from the top box anymore since you gave it sugar syrup correct ?
I get the process but what I don't understand is why does everyone in all video's toss the cells that they start when your using the same bees same queen to make more queens or am
I missing something?
If you don't destroy the cells they start before introducing the grafts, you will get absolutely terrible acceptance of the grafts you introduce. And oftentimes, as is the case in this video, the grafts are from a different queen.
You talk to much get on with it!!!
Hey now
