    About us:
We're Jack & Megan, and in late 2020 we sold our belongings and packed our lives into our 2005 Toyota Troop Carrier to travel Australia. Our original plan was to complete a full lap of Australia and return home to Perth to resume our 'normal' lives. We decided we wanted to document our lap for the future and began sharing weekly travel vlogs of our life on the road and fell in love vlogging, filmmaking and sharing our lives with you. We completed our first lap and couldn't imagine living any other way so we decided to continue travelling and calling the Troopy home. We have gone on some crazy adventures since then and it is all thanks to you tuning in to join us every week.

I’ve got the 1HZ in my 105 series. From the LCOOL website I learnt that the air filter from the petrol motor fits in the diesel air box. It’s bigger with 20% more surface area. Toyota p/n 17801-67060 Ryco p/n A1350, this is for the Hzj105. The bigger filter for theUzj100 is 17801-17020, ryco A1407. This may not fit the troopy but worth looking into.

Okay, one thing I would like to point out.
It is very minor, but preferably, you should use the new oil on the oil filter O-ring/ rubber seal.
On the 1HZ air box, there is a particle separation bowl underneath the air box. It's on the right side and is held in place by two spring clamps.
When you do a service, check that as well and clean it if necessary.
The fuel filter hack is bloody brilliant.
Today, I learned that prior to 2007 1Hz equipped, Land Cruisers had two fuel filters....
Later, it only had one; you can still buy a brand new 1HZ 70 series in my country.
