And for pop-ups, you should check projects 2dfx, you can enhance the loading of the vegetation as well in the settings so that you wouldn't be able to notice the pop-up effect that much, or at all. I've set it for 800 meters and it's miles better

Is it possible you can upload all the modded files instead? Not the whole game, just the folders with the mods so that we can just copy paste it in in our respective GTA SA game folder. I don't have the time to mod games as I work 12 hours a day, when I get time to play, I would love to experience this

You can make confliting mods compitable by chainging the priorty in Modloader. At least with textures. Edit: 8:07 false, there's various mods for it. There is Project 2dfx. Also there's more, but I forgot the name
I can’t make Jefferson/idlewood work with Rosa I believe. It Works when starting a new game but that’s as far as it gets. If I try and load a Past save or if I speedrun the first mission on a new save and try to Load it, it just crashes my game. I tested with all my mods 1 by 1 and it’s only those 2 that crash my saved games. The only retextures I have are cars and Rosa. So I’m assuming it’s Rosa

The only thing that the definitive edition wins at, is the Parallax Interiors Effect, If it was possible to add that to your modded version it would be perfect

only way rockstar will make a good san andreas remaster is it they stop outsourcing it to trash companies that dont care how the game will turn out, especially companies known for even messing up mobile games

12th hour doesn’t have playable games. Actually games in general. Anybody competent can do the same with 3D modeling programs like blender or c4d, and maya. All of his “games” are Animations he exports from games or that are sold online, the models he buys from people that make them for commercial use or commissioned. Then just makes scenes, he doesn’t actually play it. Just hits the space bar and it loads his scene to look like gameplay

You should check Arturo Cassanova's Trevor animation for gta sa, it's free and it's unlike any animation mod you've seen for gta sa

For the compatibility you should edit some files in grove street folder and merge some files with Jefferson retexture....

if all the mods are on nexus you could create a collection, if not I believe wabbajack supports mods on different platforms but I rarely use it
