It is nice that Sigurd and Brynhildr can be the husband and wife they always wanted to be in Chaldea. Sigurd even acts like the Valkyrie's brother-in-law with how he lectures the Valkyries about their daily life and bad habbits with the support of Brynhildr.
That's sweet.
Now if we can only summon Sita so that she can be with Rama.
@christian lajara Brynhildr learned to control that tendency in Chaldea though which is why they can still see each other without worrying about her stabbing him. The urge is still there but just suppressed to a point it has no physical influence on her actions.

But after Lostbelt 2 I love how he’s the driving relationship with Brynhildr despite her blushing and saying she’ll kill him...only for him to be fine with that and planning to survive to prove his love to her.

Imagine a scenario that the MC manages to summon Brynhildr before confronting Sigurd in LB.
Sigurd: You are a 3rd rate master with a 4th rate servant.
MC: There's no useless servant in my line up, I choose the Brynhildr.
Sigurd: NOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Ironic you say that, because I did manage to get Brynhildr before I got to Lostbelt 2.
They really did an amazing job with Sigurd. Not only his design is awesome, it's personality is fun and great, and he makes such a loving counterpart to Brynhildr you can't help but love them. Definitely my favorite saber, alongside Mordred.
In a nutshell: Sumanai but he punches small swords and is Scandinavian.
Also: Trying to get Giant's rings are a bitch. All I keep getting are Berserker gems.
With the release of Summer Brynhildr, it is reveal that the Valkyrie can summon a sword called Brynhildr Sigurtein, which can only be swung by Sigurd, requiring the combination attack that we see when Summer Bryn uses her NP
Is is cool and funny that there is a recent but small trend portraying Sigurd and Bryn as Sieg's lovey-dovey weird parents

I think you forgot an important part, Surtr fell in "some kind of" love with Ophelia and his way to show it is to set everything on fire. Is sad, because Surtr only knows how to destroy and just cant do anything else to show it to Ophelia.

@@epsyblue7714 Surtr really "liked" Ophelia and due his inhuman nature, there is little he can do about it than burning the world to ashes. But he appeared on her summons embodied in Sigurd because they meet when she died throught her Eye, he sensed her and he tought they were alike. He kind of really loved Ophelia, but as a Fire that Will end The World all he could do due his nature was to "Burn the world for her". Surtr is no human and he cant realice other ways because is his destiny, but he died calling for her.
Is sad, and really overlooked.
@@onemoregodrejected9369 Technically Ophelia summoned Sigurd because she was drawn to his legend, but Surtr hijacked the summoning and stole Sigurd’s body. It’s similar to how Artemis stole Orion’s spot.

Man...Lostbelt 2 hurt,much more after I saw the moments that Brynhildr and Sigurd share in the story...and the Gacha denied me Bryn 3 times in a row but gave me Sigurd and now she doesn't have any more solo rate ups,reuniting this two is pretty much impossible (Guaranteed Gacha only doesn't make it easier with 4 limited lancers right now)

Also why couldn't Brynhildr travel with Sigurd again? Was she bound to the place he freed her from.
The other Valkyries sealed his away because they knew she would fight against them and they did not want to hurt her.
Not sure why she didn’t go with him. And no, I don’t think Siegfried triggers her.
In Siegfried's rank up quest he has to fight against a shadow Brynhildr if that counts?

From what I can remember the legend you know and the one I know is pretty much the same, some word choices and some words in Swedish without translation such as Gossebarn, which I’ve yet to actually learn what means, makes it understandable if some things seems a little less impressive from just the tale to others, but to me I’ll always know the full story.

It’s fun when you learn that this is the proto version of the original Arthurian legend. Merlin is essentially Odin, the sword in the stone is replaced with a tree, etc.

If I ever get a grail, not a tainted one, I'll be happy to grant these two a happy ending they deserve, and to all the other servant who deserves to be reconnected with their partners. Also, Screw Odin( in real myth and Nasuverse myth).

Two major variations of the same legend manifested as two separate servants.
I find it messed up that brynhildr despite not being a Berserker but a Lancer is driven to kill sigurd and the fact they have sigurd remember who brynhildr is despite the crux of his death being that he forgot her
I guess it's because her killing him was such an iconic part of the legend, whereas the circumstances behind it aren't as famous.
@@otakudaikun also to me Siegfried lore would be better if they didn't change it to acknowledge suicide than the murder it was in myth and also denies him a battle Continuation skill in doing so

Ok... The Lore on Sigurd is great, but you got me confused...
The Sirius Light was not given to the Crypters by the Alien God and it's actually something they got from the Chaldea Security Organisation?
I understand that it is a command spell so powerful it kills it's user if utilized. But why did Team A get it in the first place? Why is the Alien God so interested in it specifically?
If we get an explanation in later lostbelts just disregard this comment :D

Dude Norse mythology is weird af. Indeed, a dwarf had an otter for a son and wanted his insides covered in gold. The trick was Loki used cursed treasure to do it.

Hey do you accept critic? I really really love your lore videos, but this one just felt didn’t feel like your usually narrative that gets me immerse in your storytelling. Like how you told the first Hassan story or Edmond Dante...can you go back to that story telling narrative where it’s well pace and I just feel you’re really into it which gets me into it!
