First of all this ‘Pebble’ is not the original Pebble company that we use to hear in the past. The original Pebble company had shut down its business in 2016. This Pebble is ‘owned’ by SRK Powertech, a Noida based company. They are just using the Pebble brand name and logo. What they do is import cheap chinese good looking smartwatches including clones and sell it with brand name Pebble. Their aftersales service is the worst in this sector. They r frauds. I ordered a watch from their website last month. Within an hour I cancelled the order before shipping. Actually I made a mistake by ordering it prepaid. Now my money is with them. Its more than 35 days now and they didn’t yet refunded it. Only a fraud company can do such things. Their customer service is also terrible. Its very difficult to connect them. Even if they attend, they make false promises. They don’t respond to our emails. Finally I have given grievance to the consumer forum. Now waiting for my refund.
