It's the 1st instalment of the fly-on-the wall series which takes you behind-the-scenes of the much discussed and debated collaboration between Scottish Lowland League side Broomhill FC and podcast & TH-cam channel, Open Goal with its hosts Simon Ferry & Paul Slane joining the club's Management team as they aim to bring glory and success to the Glasgow team!

We all watch back reliving wonderful historical moments from Celtic, Rangers, Aberdeen and Dundee Utd. Many of those moments weren’t even in colour. I just wonder if we are watching episode one of something my young boys will play to their kids - I used to put In the vhs of Scottish greats - who knows how this will be shown in 20 or 30 years. Inspirational. I hope the dream comes true. This is real football. Trying to get to Broadwood as much as possible.
Simon has everything required to go far in the Scottish game, no question, but he needs to ditch the hanger-on nomad that is Paul Slane, if he ever wants to be taken seriously. The clown act was funny 2 years ago, not anymore.
Everyone needs to keep in mind Si ferry has played the game at both full time and part time consistently, achieved coaching badges and now using his podcast as another stepping stone to get where he is. Hard work and dedication. Hope to see this man does very well on what he’s building 👍
Honestly a brilliant watch this. Anyone writing negative stuff and think this is a pantomime need to have a word with themselves. You can clearly see how much Si and the guys want this to work and the knowledge he has and the support. Just cause your life is shite doesn't mean you can try bring others down. I'm hoping to get to a few games this season, looking forward to seeing them play. Well done, Si, Slaney and Del. Keep working hard and you will get those rewards.

Brings more people to watching lowland league football. There will be people who don't like the marketing angle and open goal title, that is absolutely someone's perogative. But take Kelty as an example, great financial clout was needed to get out of that league. So any way to increase your revenue streams you can't knock. Look at Wrexham for example....whatever people think of the marketing you can't deny si Ferry is a genuine guy trying to make his way in the game
Simon Ferry is A Class Act. Intelligent, smart, outgoing and street-smart. I think he will be a successful coach and Broomhill is a stepping stone.

It's nice to see young Scottish people do well, and wish there were more of this excitement and enthusiasm for the game.
Also, podcast wise, the stories and dare I say gossip and opinion should be taken on aord with other companies and shows, with a view to being as innovative as Open Goal as it would be good for bigging up our game which is better than thought of.
Now obviously this product is to help the wider Open Goal company, its advertisement, its buzz etc, but yeah, undercutting that, is the opportunity for young players to get a profile, for the game to be viewed more widely and for hopefully an epic story as its worthwhile. Some exciting stuff in the lowland league there's some decent teams trying modern stuff in the lower leagues it's just what Scottish football needs it's kinda stagnated the last few years with teams in the bottom few pro leagues stuck on the past
