Charges don't mean conviction folks. Keep in mind you can be charged with anything. Innocent until proven guilty. Proof by the comments that one is treated as the opposite is true.
I was expecting it, and I wasn't disappointed - she got out of the car with her phone in her hand. And IMMEDIATELY tries calling someone (mom?) when he goes to arrest her.
@@Janterjay Seriously? I mean, it is ubiquitous on AR trooper videos, sometimes to the point that it sounds like a tic. I used to know a guy that said, "I heard that," after everything anyone said. I told a work buddy not to say anything because he was so proud of his new hearing aid.
Law enforcement, hands down have a dangerous and tough job. When I interact with law enforcement, I am respectful and polite. Even the perp, in this video chose wisely by cooperating with the trooper. But the real star of the video, is this state trooper. Polite and courteous, and empathetic to the perp. We need those individuals who, believe in the responsibilities of policing and respect the power they have been given.
I can't imagine going through life knowing I have felony warrants and having to walk on egg shells just to stay out of trouble to keep from getting arrested.
With all the footage I watch, I should probably know this, but what is it in these videos that keeps going "CFS comments added"? I would love to know what that is lol

Kudos to this officer for handling the situation in a human way. As for th motorist, think twice about your actions especially if you’re a parent.
Y'all had someone pulled over on my way home today. I was like, Hey yall😂😂
You did an awesome job, Trooper! ❤
Those Arkansas state troopers are the best! And I love their southern drawl
Shout out to that officer he held it down and did right by the kids! That was dope to see he had a heart! And shouts to the mom for not resisting at all and staying strong for her kids! 💯💯💯💯💯
Good morning, NST. Hope you're having a great day so far. As always, thank you for the video. 💙 ❤😊
5150 means crazy doesn’t it? She does seem to have certain priorities (her kids) in order and she’s being pretty civil. So, maybe she was framed.
Happy Wednesday from California 💯 Good Job!! Thanks for your hard work & dedication 💯💞
Caviness is a very good dude, keep up the good work bro
Love this show.
I'm from.sherwood.and this makes me feel like I'm home..
Made me cry a little, I have to say. His kindness comes from good “raising.” I have respect for the way the mama behaved
I feel SO bad for this Mom and her little man!! I hope everything turned out ok for her. Prayers 🙏 that all goes well. Broke my heart when she said “I’m never gonna be able to feed my baby again” 😭💔 Kudos and thanks to that Trooper…because he really handles this interaction with respect and kindness. I could tell that he really did feel badly for that little man cause this happened on his birthday. How awful 😢
retired state trooper NC i like watching this your cars r fast lot faster than i had lol be safe n keep it up
I have to say what a great officer!!
Gr8t job Trooper Caviness...You handled that situation perfectly
He’s a good cop. She’s a good mom. Making a mistake is to be human. Praying she makes it through expeditiously to keep being a good mom.
A mistake? She has four warrants.
❤ this trooper. Above and beyond
Amazing how they act like they have no idea what it could be about. With those kind of warrants...she knows full well what it's about. 9.9/10 they know.
This officer is so awesome.Gets the job done right Thank you Sir .🇺🇸💙I feel so bad for her little ones kids suffer for the parents crimes what a shame 😢
This is pure professionalism.
That 1 good cop He showed concern for those children
This officer has went far and beyond what he is allowed to do, he cares .
This officer acted like a real human. Thank you for being a great officer!! He was so worried about the little one being upset.
The ASP trooper was a class act keeping a difficult situation under control. Had to be a tough assignment to carry through with what he had to do, and could contribute to this situation. Hope it all came out okay in the end.
Is it a regional thing to say, "I gotcha" or is it part of trooper training?
Both
@@Janterjay Seriously? I mean, it is ubiquitous on AR trooper videos, sometimes to the point that it sounds like a tic. I used to know a guy that said, "I heard that," after everything anyone said. I told a work buddy not to say anything because he was so proud of his new hearing aid.
When someone has to ask “where, when, “ you’ve probably been arrested before. Lol😊😊😊😊
Much respect to the mom and officer this was sad
I must move to Arkansas. They handle things pretty well down there.
I can't imagine going through life knowing I have felony warrants and having to walk on egg shells just to stay out of trouble to keep from getting arrested.
With all the footage I watch, I should probably know this, but what is it in these videos that keeps going "CFS comments added"? I would love to know what that is lol
dispatchers etc post info, data, report items to the activity notes.
It’s an integrated computer program that the ASP use, and that notice is when information is entered and uploaded.
Thank you guys. I kinda figured that might be what it was but I wasn't sure. Much appreciated
