    Again, I am having to transform my life. I am learning a bit of thai since I am in lockdown here, I am drawing Buddhaa....I am learning qigong from your videos. Each day I realizes I am getting better to rest and feel life as I breath deeply as well as I massage crossing meridians and want to thank you. I am 64, retired oral surgeon and learning to better my racy heart. When I breath I am starting to tingle. Thank you. When I do the motion, it evolves and I realize I am in a nice path with qigong

    Mr Jeffrey Chand, I believe I was meant to find you, a synchronicity kind of gift. You are the help/blessing sent to me. Just know that you are receiving energy back.You have become one of my "connections" and "routines" -- now if I can quit smoking I will have achieved a goal (however, not a simple goal).

      What has changed in your life from doing qigong?

      Hannah Arn I was suffering from severe stress so bad I was staying awake (at least my mind was) for 24 hours for 5 days on a row. On the sixth day I would get 1-2 hours of sleep.
      Overthinking, insomnia, feeling depressed, very anxious about everything including my health.
      But one day, I found Jeffrey’s video to help with anxiety. After that video I suddenly felt a sense of joy that I was unable to feel for 2 months. Now it’s been 5 months, I’m sleeping not throughout but a good 3 hour block for 2 times during the night. I’m been doing the immuniqi video everyday switching to the short anxiety video every now and then. I wouldn’t take the medication Kaiser doctor says I need to take but I take some chinese to help me stay strong and I meditate and listen to Tara Brach on TH-cam. I feel numbness in my brain still but I got it under control. I’m so grateful to Mr Jeffrey. I live in Ca. I wish I could learn qigong from mr Jeffrey and visit him personally.

    I feel fortunate that tho i"m in my 70s and stay living a very quiet life for the duration, I have a loving husband and cat to share our life with. And I do appreciate when you put out these videos. You are a good connect-or!

      @@idontwanttoparticipateplea212 Mostly in dealing with stress and physical pain caused by arthritis (I'm 63 years old). Also the fact that Jeffrey Chand uses the TH-cam platform is just great.

    Im64 post polio suffer.Having a rough time in my old age I guess..I Go for acupuncture once a week and massage therapy.I'm stuck in a wheelchair.can't walk and no glance is very poor.and your exercises help me .

    To me, staying off my phone more and not browsing social media has helped. also your video on "allow yourself to create your own calm" .. that quote has helped me. Meditating too. I'll be okay.
    Also, paying attention to with what I spend my time. So your point 2 kinda.
    Also, accepting that negative emotions are human and letting them flow and pass.
    In real life, I've been pretty freaking isolated though and it can be rough tbh :( but that'll better too..
    Wow that connection story with the lady is lovely. I've never thought about that you can have connection without actually seeing people, that you can also connect with nature and yourself.. o.o wow dude
    This video has been extremely helpful, thank you.
    I'll start doing qigong for back pain every morning now, already been doing yoga but I wanna try to help this physical pain that's keeping me up, right now, 2am. Actually, let's do some qigong right now!

    #2 Be mindful of your input makes a lot of sense. Being mindful of what is current is important however to absorb repeated negative issues is certainly not good. Reviewing poor social, dietary, and lifestyle choices makes a lot of sense. Make a seven day resolve and watch our changes folks. (Qigong practitioner.)
