Finishing up my trainee program, and now it's back to square one with a ton of interviews to land a permanent position. The struggle is real-I can't even find the motivation to get out of bed and start my day. Did I really do a master's degree just to end up here? What a 'perfect' world... 🎉
thinking about getting out of bed is hard, doing it is easy. just manually move your body, limb by limb out of bed, that's what works for me. ill never want to get out of bed, but i still do it anyways
Hi. If you feel it impossible to get out of bed, you might suffer from a reactive deppression or even a "pathological" deppression that might need proffesional medical attention.. Another reason can be the effect of prolonged subjection to emotional stressers, which can enduce the wellknown "freeze reaction", a systemic (biologically hardwired) protective mechanism. I’m watching from the couch. I’ve spent almost 3 hours this morning rotating from the bed to the couch to the floor and back to the couch. My grandpa needs me to help him today, but I can’t even help myself…. That adds further to my guilt that I can’t get up and get started. 😢
Its true. We all hate our jobs but we still have them and comit to them. At least we make the effort to live the lives. We arent living on welfare or others tax money. We work hard for the lifestyle we have. Thats what seperates us from the lazy people
