    I'm really enjoying your channel. I guess I will have to breakdown and buy a kit or two. I'm really hoping you might get around to doing a Christmas star form. You know, four points with the top a little bigger than the arms and "a tail as big as a kite". One that could be assembled back to back like you did with the five point star for a 3D project. Thanks for all your efforts!

    Do you happen to have the jigs in ceramic? I do fusing and think this would be a wonderful thing to use in fusing, but of course resin will melt in my kiln.

    What size of washer & bolt are you using with your jigs?

    I'm sorry if I missed this, but how do you wash the flux off of the project when you have finished it please? Do you just dip it in soapy water and blow dry?

      Hi, I like to wash each of the rings individually before putting them together. After that, you just have the very centers of each ring where they are connected to clean the best you can. Hope that helps! :)

    Instead of wax. Couldn't you print a little hexagon to sit in the base of the main jig?

    I tried that as a two layer flower as one of my first projects, and it was awful, it looked like a solar system instead haha! Maybe now 6 months into stained glass I can get it right

    How did you attach the middle

    • @michellearnott718
      @michellearnott718  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You mean the center bead? You just foil the outside of it and solder it in:)

    What is museum wax? I didn’t get that with the jig

      I send it out with the hexagon and hexagon/pentagon combo jig orders. It’s something new I started using that allows you to easily work with the larger pattern pieces. :)

      I may add museum wax separately on my website for those of you who who ordered the pentagon before I made this available with the hexagon. :)
