Great tip Wayne. I have a client that has just installed Zoho so very timely
Is there a way of testing the email to make sure it functions correctly?
I’ve been caught out by not testing

Thanks! Yeah, simply create yourself as a record in the CRM and do a segment based on your email. Run a few tests changing the variables to ensure it runs smoothly. It may take 5-15 minutes, depending on how many tests you want to run.

You would just use the merge tags Contact first name and last name. Leads and Contacts share the a field in ZCampaigns.
