- Whilst out at the Giro d'Italia Ollie checked out the team bus of the Kazakh cycling team, Astana. Designed to make life as comfortable as possible at a race for the pro riders, it's luxury on wheels.

really liked that you also showed a bit of the tech of the bus. First time that I saw that they have a small generator to run everything. I hope every team has something like this or can connect to the normal power grid when they are stationary.

I’ll ask this on here as most of you probably ride. I wanna start getting one of my training rides outside instead of the inside on the trainer. Plan on doing some hill reps, got a perfect hill which is about 5 mins long full gas. Should I be going over threshold every time or trying to stay at ftp?

Scarponis accident involved a van not a car. The driver was a carpenter who allegedly told police he was watching a video and didn't see him. That driver has now himself reportedly died.
