I have a semi-complicated question. There are 6 of us that wish to buy season tickets. However one couple only is in AZ mid-October to mid-May. They wish to purchase tickets to 5 performances. The other 2 couples are in AZ year round and want to purchase tickets to 7 performances--the same 5 as the first couple and 2 additional performances. Is there an easy way to guarantee that we get 6 tickets together for the 5 performances and 4 tickets together for the additional 2 performances. Can this be done online with the Flex option? Can one couple (me) make the entire purchase and charge the cost to on credit card (mine). OR does each couple need to place their own order, and then pick seats together on the same day (June 3rd) at he same time but on 3 different computers (coordinated over the phone). Please tell me the most efficient way to do this and be successful getting the dates and times and seats that we would like? If it is easier I can call your box office and have someone explain to me the best way to accomplish what we are trying to do. We have attended a handful of performances and loved every one, but this is the first time we are attempting to purchase season tickets. Thanks so much for your time and response.
You can achieve this online, just double check your order for accuracy before payment. What you'll want to do is create the FlexPASS for the first couple and their 5 shows. Once you've added their bundles to the cart, go back to the Season Ticket page and create the FlexPASS for the 4 people who are seeing the 7 performances and add those to the cart too. Once everyone's bundles have been added to the shopping cart you can check out like normal. By my calculation the grand total should come to $1602 (38 tickets x $42 + $6 processing fee). If you get something different you may want to empty the cart and start over. When you're reserving dates/seats you'll be able to book all 6 tickets together. We look forward to seeing you next season!

@@carolynwittman5746 Happy to help! Technically tickets become available at midnight (and a handful of people have stayed up for it based on past years), but seating options are still very plentiful if you wait until a normal time in the morning so I'd recommend not missing sleep 🙂
you must be kidding. This is way too complicated for many of the senior citizens the enjoy the Hale Theater. You're going to get a lot of phone calls from upset customers who don't have the patience or on line know-how to complete this purchase, especially with a 25 min. time limit. I wish it was simpler.
