@@yetanotherspuart3993 Weather heating up (28C today, and muggy/high humidity). Politics are a circus, but they have been for the last few years. Country is dying, economically and morally, but we have persevered before. I have a lead accelerator with 17 arguements on board most days. Getting to my kid will cost you dearly. 🤗

@@skidYYYY Ah. Then you can probably crush the aluminum body, or cut down the body with scissors, to harvest the components. They probably Glues the nose cap into place. If the batteries are removed, you could boil water and drop the laser pointer in, should free the glue up.

@@skidYYYY The part that unscrews is the top/keychain cap, not the bottom/laser-nozzle end. Assuming yours is the same Dollar Tree keychain I show. 👍

I have cut one apart for the white led light to replace a bulb in a flashlight. Small, simple circuit board. Easy to snip the led out.
