Does this just change the values you get from Raw footage or does it add add filters too?

It doesn’t change raw settings, but feel free to adjust temp, tint and iso in there!

why isnt anything happening when i click powergrade? the real film thing doesnt come up

After you import it, you should just be able to right click and select apply grade
