Not sure if there is a memory card. No switch for audio vis video found. Nothing shows on matchbook M2 Air. No help or answer from chat, phone or email. Very poor suctomer service, leaving me with a junk pen that does nothing!
1 ) No memory card was included. Just a plastic holding card in the tray. 2) doesn't change either with a computer, or USB charging plug. Sorry, I'll dissatisfied with the pen, because I can't use this except a very expensive ink pen.
