My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the spa pool and the amenities, but I would say be prepared for an “up sell” after the massage. Significant upcharge potential, but “No” was our #1 response
Good tip for the formal night. I don’t think there’s any advance discount though because I paid 150 for one week and it’s not until next August. I don’t mind being around people I just hope it’s not disgustingly crowded. I hope they do a good job with that.

So excited my cruise just posted their excursions! Got what I wanted!! Only 1yr and 2 months away! Nieuw Statendam! Feb 2025! Getting excited but still a little far out LOL ! 😆

This actually might be tempting on our next cruise. 13 nights transpacific and only 3 ports, better bang per buck. Great idea about formal night! BTW, did you eat at Tamarind? I liked everything but the appetizer chips. Pinnacle Grill was too much food, deserts too sweet or rich. We were on one of the sailings with a Celebrity chef, so I paid $90 for a Japanese 6 course meal, excellent! Luckily I had OBC still.
Oh yes. You ABSOLUTELY want to sign up for this for your next cruise. And it's cheaper if you sign up and pay for it BEFORE you board the ship!! I actually haven't eaten at the Tamarind....or the Pinnacle Grill!! I heard that people LOVE the Pinnacle Grill. For the Tamarind...I'm just not a big fan of pasta. The 6 course Japanese meal sounds AMAZING!!! Do you prefer Celebrity or Holland America more?
@@cruisetipswithchristina Tamarind is Thai / Asian fusion. I've not tried the Italian restaurant, and if I do, I won't order pasta either. I like import pasta or whole grain, but I avoid large amounts of enriched wheat flower. Same is true form waffles, pancakes, etc. I've heard that the scallops in Pinnacle Grill are good and reasonably portioned. I like Celebrity's decor, innovations, and dining rooms such as Blu with Aqua Class. Holland has better pricing, itineraries, loyalty program, music, and passengers that are more grounded with their loyalty (or lack there of).

Howmuch is it for s week?
My mom just paid for it and I think it was $230 for a 9 day cruise...it's cheaper if you buy it BEFORE you board the ship...a LOT cheaper
