@@asadullah999 bro 1 year later. i have joined Boxing/Mma and muaythai classes. i think karate does not focus enough on pressure testing and there are too many intricacies. you can improve immensely in Boxing in a few months so its easy to have confidence in ourself.
before i seen this vedio i coudent understand but now i love kyukushin karate basicly i am in jka but now i follow kyuekushin also love karate and make more kumite training vedio for all osssssssssssssss
Never to old to learn kyokushin ,karate sir ,kyokushin isn't all about fighting , just chek on google kyokushin dojos in your earia and just go visit them and aks the sensei about the style😊.
