Every time when you are Cornering you are just jumping the lane. You should not drive like this. You should have a cornering skill to control the speed. You are just jumping into middle lane. In this case you are okay since its a empty stretch. Suppose if other car is matching your speed he will be definitely on the middle lane or right then he might have to break hard
So if you have traffic then go for automatic. My city has crazy traffic but I don't have any issue with manual. Because manual is fun to drive and mostly i drive on early morning or in night. But yeah for daily drive automatic makes sense but it's 1.25L more expensive than a manual.
